I have always chosen this hotel for years when I have to stop in Piraeus, clean, modern, very kind staff and with paid parking just a few steps away.

Very friendly staff room lovely and clean with nice bathrooms with shower and free shampoo/gel slept well before our short taxi to Piraeus wasn’t as close to port as I thought €8 in taxi for 3 mins trip was offered breakfast but ferry was leaving early would use again comfy bed

The check in was smooth and the lady (Christina/ Christine) was very nice. After an hour , we went out for lunch. I spoke with a man at the reception area. I asked for a city map and restaurant suggestions. He was not willing to answer and gave me a long face. Wonder if he has travelled before. Bad feeling after talking with that guy. Reason for the one star? Coz of him.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a good location to reach the cruise port. Breakfast was 10 Euro per person and good value. Room was small but had everything we needed.

Inexperienced difficulty with operation of elevator.
There was no help calling front desk from room. Had to go there in person.
People were nice but operation lacking in TLC overall.

There were some lovely restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We also found a couple of local shops to pick up some souvenirs and gifts for friends and family.

The staff communicated by email in very good English before we arrived. They provided clear directions to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was an extra cost but at a reasonable price. They helped us arrange a tour while there and taxi to the cruise port. Only minor issue was finding a restaurant nearby for dinner upon arrival
