"Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return. Sorry forgot to take photo of room before we'd messed it up. View from 4th floor overlooking park."

"The hotel facilities, cleanliness, front desk, and room service were all quite good. However, the breakfast service showed a very obvious racial bias. I ordered breakfast five times, and the restaurant manager meticulously checked my room number and eligibility to dine every single time. Yet, white guests who came in were never questioned or checked. This was extremely apparent and utterly disgusting."

"Comfortable location 15 minutes walk from Pirey. You can get by bus. Our room was "Santorini." Very spacious apartments, in which there are all necessary with a beautiful view on Pire. The night was very quiet. From the morning we sat on a ferry to the islands. Until the port 15-25 minutes. We liked it very much!"

There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, as well as many charming shops to explore. However, I wouldn't recommend booking too far in advance; booking two months ahead was much more expensive than booking two days before, and the reservation couldn't be canceled."

"At this price it’s ok. Near the port. But the rooms are old from the time of Aristotle. There are no sockets to charge the phone. Due to the strike, I could not come on February 28. I asked to change without additional payment to 29. They didn’t change it for me. I had to cancel the reservation and book again on double price. This cannot be done. Due to the fault of Blu Star, a state-owned company, I could not arrive by ferry. In the toilet, the water from the tap flows directly onto the toilet."
