"The most important thing to note is it's not in the heart of Athens, but if you are happy with that and perhaps you are getting on an early ferry or a cruise, then this is a great spot. There's actually plenty to do, with lots of bars and restaurants along the waterfront, a lovely walk around the marina to the main port area and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center nearer than if you're in Athens itself. The hotel is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, friendly and welcoming staff, hip rooftop dining/bar area and stylish, modern rooms. The views are lovely, too, right over the marina, so you wake to brilliant sunshine and the coast view. Dinner on the roof is just perfect – the food, the ambience, the service, the twinkling lights of the bay – even if you're not staying here, come here and have a drink. And breakfast in the Botanist is delicious. Shout out to the staff, everyone of whom was welcoming, friendly and helpful, whether it was storing our luggage, turning up outrageously late for breakfast or helping with directions. "Hotel location is good, the surrounding coffee and breakfast are very affordable, the supermarket is very convenient, free underground parking spaces are very practical for car rental friends. The front desk service was thoughtful, there was no water heating equipment but two cups of hot water were specially provided, and the kettle we brought was filled with boiling water, which was very intimate. If you want to check in in depth in Bigang to explore history, it is worth a try. It is best to book a balcony facing the sea and bring your own slippers and toiletries."

"Great hotel for an early ferry from Piraeus. We had originally booked a maisonette at the sister establishment, Gallery Suites but the attic bedroom was up a steep ladder without air con and bed too small for my 6 ft tall son, so they kindly transferred us to an interconnecting family suite at the hotel. Big clean rooms, nice modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Only downside was the blinds didn’t keep the sun out. Excellent breakfast with lots of homemade options was included in the rate we chose. I’d book here again. They can drop you at the ferry if you have big bags or limited mobility for free, with the on-site golf buggy on request. We didn’t need it but looked fun. They also recommended a great local restaurant that was open late. To Steki."

"A hotel is not only evaluated by facilities, but by the staff working there. Really perfect all the children of her reception. A good for character and politeness. The room is cared. Clean? And access to the airport station, breath away from nightlife, with enough space in front of two beautiful parks, I'd certainly prefer it and recommend it unreservedly. "

JJUAN LUISBrand new, excellent facilities. It also had a gym, and washing machines. Located in Piraeus nearby a nice walk by the sea port with some little eatires and shops but also not from from Athens downtown by public transport or even car which was my case.

JJimukThe hotel is very close to Matou and it is very convenient to take the ferry. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. There is a small restaurant open 24 hours to provide free coffee and tea. Breakfast is super delicious (Western breakfast)! It is very suitable for taking a boat to different islands after breakfast.
There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.
The room was quiet and there was basically no noise. The interior and exterior are very clean. The room space is a bit small. There are 2 uneven ground (there is a pit) on the ground, not suitable for families with children and elderly. Generally, adults pay attention to walking indoors, and the problem is not big. In summer, the air conditioning in the room is not cool enough.
The price is not high, suitable for tourists who need to wait for the next day to take the ferry.

Ccas stays hereThe hotel was close to the pier ( it’s a good spot to stay if you are coming/ going to islands by ferry, takes around 5-7euros to the port).
Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean but toilet is a bit small, but overall worths the money!
The metro is near (around 5mins walking distance) with some cafes and resto nearby~

JJponthemoveWe got an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free street parking in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the port to take the ferry to any island. The only negative thing we found was that we can hear the disturbing noise from the street and the walkway in front of the room almost all night.

It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again.
The cons:
Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.

GGuest UserWide space apartment very near shopping and pier harbour area for us to catch our 7am ferry next morning. the only downside was lift was too small and there is still a flight of stairs you have to go through to get to the lift so for families like mine with stroller and huge luggage it is not the most friendly way up.

GGuest UserAppreciate the warm welcome by the receptionists, enjoyed the general cleanliness in the room, easy-to-use room fascilities, easy-access to the station and a supermarket!
When I arrived I felt quite strong smoky smell in the room. As the hotel was fully booked on that day, they lent me a deodorant spray and luckily it worked.
There might be other type of rooms but my room was a single room with a window, unfortunately without sunlight, and opening the window often makes the air in room even worse.

GGuest UserBooked into this hotel by Trip as they had booked me into the wrong hotel- another story- on arrival the woman tried to charge me following trip having emailed me confirmation of payment by them following their blunder with the pervious booking. I got the impression she thought she could make a quick killing due to the confusion and me being in a tired/stressed state due to the booking blunder by Trip Which they had sorted after a little faffing around.
I was having non of it and she eventually relented. from thereon it was ok-The rest of the staff were ok and although it was inferior to the hotel I had actually booked it did the job. Basic hotel for a short stay, no facilities really but close to the ferry port and Metro for Athens. The room had a fridge which was handy and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, it is right next to the market which is interesting.

GGuest UserWe arrived before midnight however we had been given all the instructions to gain access in case we arrived after reception closed, the lady at reception was lovely very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great location. It was two blocks from the Port, close to food options.
The bathroom was very small. The shower was Old and mould stains. The vanity had water stains and  the toilet would get wet when we were using the shower as it was literally positioned above it with no recess.
Our room looked out to Derelict building however it was quiet and we were able to sleep even though it was beside a bar that operated until late.
Definitely a great option for an overnight stay prior to boarding the fairies to the islands .
