The hotel is very well located for getting to the port quickly. The port gate E7 is only about 10 minutes away on foot.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We had room 14 and were very disappointed with it. It is on the ground floor with windows directly facing the street. Either the windows are poorly soundproofed and/or the outside walls are very thin. Even with the windows closed, you could easily hear suitcases rolling on the sidewalk.
Another problem is the poorly placed blackout blinds. Even when the blinds are fully rolled out, a very bright street lamp shines directly onto the bed.
There were also two minor defects in the bathroom (broken shower head holder and loose towel rail) but that was not relevant for one night.
The hotel overall may be better than our first impression - but room 14 should be avoided if possible.

It was convenient to get to Pilius Port by direct bus from the airport, it was about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. The departure port for the mini cruise the next morning was not the nearest harbor but about a 10 minute taxi ride away, so there may not be any need to stay in a hotel in the Pilius area.

Very new hotel-style apar**ent, overall good, clean and tidy. If you want to cook by yourself, you need to ask the front desk for tableware and pots in advance. The bed and bedding are very good. I so much love this hotel, the cleanliness was superb, the staff’s hospitality was top notch, they were so helpful and friendly, one of the staff even gave me her sandwich to eat because I arrived late and all the store and restaurants were closed, there was nothing to eat. I would always recommend this hotel to my friends, my sister also recommended the hotel to me and I won’t hesitate to do the same.

The room type of Duplex Apar**ent is NOT a Duplex. There is no such room type at hotel!! Took us hours to sort things out with Trip.com, but hotel is fully booked. Nothing can be done unless I move to other hote I ended up getting a one-bedroom suite with a small double bed only. No extra bed nor sofa bed.
Pro:
- The location is only 3 mins walking from train station.
- Room hardware condition is good.
Cons:
- Room AC is NOT enough at all!! It's over 29 degrees no matter what temperature we put on. The little bedroom has no AC inside and I couldn't sleep at all due to the heat. It's over 30 degrees in the bedroom at whole time without air.... if I open the window, AC will be off completely..
- Shower temperature is either very hot or cold water...
- there is no fan or air system in washroom at all.
- there is no hooks or hanger in washroom to hold towel or clothing....
- No breakfast restaurant but a box with different items.
In general, I won't stay again!!
