The room assigned did not correspond to the one booked. I had booked a quadruple room with a double bed (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double sofa bed. I was told that it was the Trip.com website that had given the wrong information and that the room could therefore not be changed. Furthermore, we were not given any discount on the fact that one of us, having fallen ill shortly before leaving, was unable to be there. In any case it is something at the discretion and humanity of the hotel.
The towels were for 2 people, not for 3. The room was in an internal position with a horrible view of the car park behind the hotel, but for one night we didn't notice.
The general cleanliness of the room was excellent but the curtains, applied over other curtains in a pile of fabrics, were grey, worn, wrinkled and dirty, in short, for being in a 4 star hotel they were of poor cleanliness and quality in my opinion.

The hotel is very clean and modern. We arrived just before 2pm and were told the room would be ready within 20 minutes. We had a drink in the bar and the receptionist came over to us to inform us the room was ready after 15 minutes. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and extremely clean. A safe is provided in the room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar area is very nice and the staff here were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ho prenotato due camere sul sito dell'albergo, con prezzo d attacco, per effettuare visite presso ospedale Cisanello. Le camere erano davvero datate , con mobilio da cambiare e pulizia davvero sommaria. Comoda la posizione dell'albergo, comodo il parcheggio dietro l'albergo. Un encomio per le ragazze della reception..... gentilissime e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Comunque esprimo parere positivo per la struttura.

Albergo fuori dal centro. Comodo parcheggio gratuito. Comodo il ristorante annesso all hotel. Gli spazi comuni sono gradevoli. Le stanze non sono modernissime ma sono comode e con tutti i comforts. Gradite le bottigliette di acqua ( nel frigobar) gratuite.....un servizio non sempre presente in altri alberghi di pari categoria. Prezzo buono.

Room was food, not the Best but food vaöue for the money. Problem was breakfast, no americano Cafe, no proper eggs, no proper wholewheat in any thing. Cakes, nutella, croissant, choklade brownies.
