チェックアウトの際、ミニバーを利用した旨を申告したのですが、倍の料金を請求されました。
おかしいと言うとレセプションの人がキレました。非常に不愉快な思いをし、結局使用した以上の額を払いました。
チェックインのときのレセプション担当者は非常におもてなしの心があっただけに残念です。

酒店性價比很高的，位置就在比薩火車站附近，步行10分鐘左右即可到達，周邊也有連鎖超市和步行街，繼續往前走10分鐘就能到比薩斜塔景區，早餐也很豐盛.扣的服務分原因是沒經過客人同意就隨意打掃房間，酒店需要加強培訓.

Очень хорошая гостиница. Чисто и недалеко от жд вокзала, достопримечательностей. Тихий район и поздно вечером не страшно идти по улице.
Завтрак относительно нормальный (сосиски, омлет, прошутто, сыр, фрукты и круассаны).

位置好。在火車站到比薩斜塔的路上。但又很安靜。到車站6、7分鐘。到斜塔10分鐘。隔壁街就是商業街。各類商店、餐飲、超市齊全。🈶️停車場🅿️、我沒開車。不知是否收費。房間設施齊全。早餐和熱水🛀都很贊👍。就是開門方式很奇怪、也許是為了不破環老門的結構特意設計的吧。
