The hotel room is small but has a large terrace. The environment is good. Parking is free. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast is average but enough. I can't ask for too much at a low price. I am satisfied with everything.

I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
- the hotel is in "nowhere"
- no nearby points of interest
- very poor value for money.
- the rooms are not renovated.
- the bed is absolutely not comfortable!!!
- No means of transport near the hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottimo il parcheggio interno per la macchina, silenziosa e pulita la camera, gentile il personale. Unica nota negativa la lontananza dal centro e la zona un po isolata in cui si trova che rende indispensabile il continuo utilizzo dell auto. Senza troppe pretese, comunque consigliato.

Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay.
