Ho soggiornato in questa struttura qualche giorno fa per motivi di lavoro . Per la cifra spesa per solo pernottamento , visto e considerato che la struttura era di 4 stelle , mi sarei aspettato un ambiente ed un’atmosfera decisamente diversa . Arrivato nella hall , alla reception ci è stato chiesto di saldare la quota al nostro arrivo in modo immediato . Questo perché il giorno seguente , per motivi di lavoro , lasciavo la stanza in un orario dove il receptionista di turno non era presente . Visto e considerato che stiamo parlando di una struttura con 4 stelle , penso che come minimo la presenza del receptionista deve essere permanente, con copertura di tutte e 24 ore della giornata . Per la cifra spesa per il solo pernottamento mi sarei aspettato un ambiente ed un’atmosfera diversa , oltre ad una accuratezza sulla voce “pulizia” . Allego delle foto in merito …

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché vicino all'aeroporto che abbiamo raggiunto comodamente a piedi in 5 minuti, vicino anche alla stazione (10 minuti a piedi).... raggiungere il centro per visitare la città è stato semplice, ci sono voluti 30/40 minuti di passeggiata... La stanza molto grande, il letto comodo, il bagno spazioso . Tutto pulito e ordinato. Molto gentili sia alla reception che la cameriera al piano. Consigliato!

Great option if you’re taking a flight as the airport is literally less than 10 mins walk; it has an underground garage and people at reception are very friendly; however there are some not so good things to mention that happened to me in my room, as water not draining at shower and even faucet, fridge not working, and not being able to work the a/c - thermostat thing to regulate the room’s temperature…but again it is a good option under the described scenario of catching a plane.

People were lovely, everywhere was clean apart from the shower. Beds really comfortable. Only stayed one night but was a very good choice I think

Just a short easy walk from the airport and about 10 min walk to Pisa Central train station. Clean and modern room. Restaurant and cafe 1 min away. Nice and helpful staff on reception. Would happily stay again.
