Good location, nearby the train station and have some restaurants nearby as well, hostel also did the buffet, it is so good

The location is good, very close to the station. There are many restaurants nearby, including Chinese restaurants, and the prices are quite affordable in Italy. Although it scored a full 5 points, the internal facilities were average and overall lackluster.

Great location (close to airport and train station), everything was clean and there was a bathroom en suite to the dorm. Checking in and out was very easy and there seemed like there was plenty of opportunities to meet people however I was only there one night.

This is perfect place if you r transiting through — or as a central point to explore the region. I would most definitely consider it again — I live in Prague so this is completely reasonable! Florence is only an hour away — but — there are other gems in the area to check out! Great wifi The hostel arranges foe social activities every night — widely posted. The reception area is bright, warm & welcoming. I just wish I could have stayed longer! No need to go out & find somewhere — quite an oasis! The staff were all genuinely friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. They paid close attention to my questions, no matter how “small” my questions were! And — I really appreciated the 24 hour access to reception — I had a cappuccino @ 5:00am before walking to the airport! 5 min from Pisa Central, 15 walk to the international airport — and a comfortable 30 minute walk to the Tower. The restaurant reception area was bright & clean. The bathrooms were kept clean & smelt nice! Everything looked fresh…

I could NOT recommend this place more!!!! It is INCREDIBLE. The staff was so kind, readily available, and helpful. It is a very nice building and very clean. There was constantly food available, and they had a HUGE selection! We only had one night here, and we wish we had more. There was a great social scene, with people constantly on the patio. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room, because they keep the front door open, but that didn't impact our stay.

Great location, friendly staff, facilities, laundry machine, luggage storage, nice common area with a bar and dining. Very nice court yard to sit outside. A place has also elevator. Simple, but it has everything you need. Right behind the train station and 15 minutes walk from the airport. Highly recommend!

The hostel location is good, about 8 mins walk from Pisa Centrale. The area is also very close to Carrefour if you want to stock up on basic snacks and beverages. The check in process was too slow. They made us fill out passport details for each person instead of them scanning or copying passport details. They can improve on this. They are also charging too much for some basic things. For example each towel is 4 euro, keeping bags in storage is 3 euro per bag. They need to re-think think to be competitive with other hotels. Bathroom can also be improved. Hand soap system was not working, bath soap not provided and shower space just to small for even skinny person.

Terrible place. Over the top to expensive. Prices are more like Russian roulette. Parties untill 2 am in the night in the garden. You can only pay with a creditcard, in a hostel!!! Better go to a hotel. Don't understand that accomodation sites still deal with safe stay Pisa.

Really nice hostel, I enjoyed my stay with my friends ; the staff is one of the best I met and the cleaning is perfect ! Recommended at 100%. Near the airport at walking distance is a plus ! No taxi or bus needed.

Location very handy close to Pisa Centrale train station and 12 minutes walk to Pisa Airport, also walking to the leaning tower of Pisa (around 25 minutes). Very lively scene, among the most active I’ve seen, lots of travellers hanging out in their beuatiful backyard. Good bar, some interesting custom cocktails, nice service. Lots of food options available, including a 24/7 pasta menu.

The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. There is a space to store luggage after checking out so it’s great if you want to explore the city without the suitcase. There is also a bar where you can grab a beer, coffe, snacks or even pasta 24H. I really enjoyed staying at the hostel, it also has a nice outdoor area to chill and get to know other people in the evenings.

Thank you to Safestay Hostel for the wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. This place is so well-run and organized! The staff is so friendly and gave us so many helpful tips on where to go and what to see in Pisa. I have missed staying in youth hostels the past years since we now travel with our 5-year-old child and most of the time we cannot stay in hostels unless there is a private family room. I was so excited to see that this youth hostel had a private family room with bunkbeds and I booked it right away! It was my daughter's favorite room of our entire trip. She loved the bunk beds. The room was really big and a nice clean modern bathroom too. The whole place looked so colorful and fun. One of the nicest hostels I have ever seen. There is a big outdoor area with tables and places to sit. The entire reception area looks like a fun cafe to hang out. Great job! We would love to stay here again!
