入住時大堂在裝修，check in 臨時在門口的一張工作台，不過酒店總體還不錯，一直Hilton Garden Inn的品牌還是有保證。酒店位置在主幹道邊上的一個小山崗上，馬路對面有家日本餐廳，有可以看日落的餐桌，去Pismo Beach不遠，訂了一晚，後又再加了一晚。

The hotel is a more traditional American-style hotel, nothing special. It's a pretty standard hotel. We live on the 4th floor. Parking and being a Hilton member are charged 10 yuan.

Nice hotel with a great environment. Nice to have some washing machines and dryers. The front desk was kind to postpone our checkout time.

The location wasn’t too far from the beach and it was on a bill which was cool, however, they charge $10 for parking, they charge $10 for a subpar breakfast, the room was average but it had a bad scent, it did have an desk/office area that I didn’t need, the hotel had a small fitness center and laundry which was cool, overall not worth $250 for a night in my opinion, I give it a 5/10 overall but for a nights rest wasn’t the worst thing in the world.

So sorry to say, this was the worst Hilton experience we have had in 20 years and 15 countries. 3 nights totaled $671. A. Parked in a designated Hilton Diamond spot. Date palm right next to the parking spot made me bleed. Major spikes brushing up against car. Really? B. Tried to check in at 4:10 pm on a Thursday - so they say, computers are down. Huh? Waited over 20 minutes. Not a word…no apology, no welcome, no thank you for being Forever Diamond member. C. Get to room and it is seriously past it’s prime. Very dated. D. Daily credit for diamond members is $10 per person. Morning buffet breakfast is $19.99 per person - AND it looked (and smelled) bad. Dirty plastic tablecloths. E. No bar/No hospitality lounge. Looked at a cheap bottle of wine at the “convenience” store, and it was $37. Really? F. Asked front desk for real room keys (we were having problems with digital key), they hand us 1 key and turn away G. At check out…they didn’t bother to ask us about our stay, nor thank us. Yes, I understand they are undergoing renovations - but they could have at least been polite and friendly.
