The room had a broken toilet seat. It ruined one of my outfits, and I was honestly afraid to use it properly after noticing the crack on the seat.
It made it a bit challenging for me, and my three lady siblings.

The girl at the front desk on May 8th and 9th daytime was very friendly and accommodating gave us a great upgrade. Overall the staff was the same and the property well maintained. The staff in the restaurant area went out of their way as well!!!!

Great resort along the boardwalk and fronting the beach. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pits. The patio bar is great. Good bartender. Downside - some of the bath towels are thin rough.

Great location, beautiful design ! Valet team was wonderful and quick a bit pricy but I also found parking on the street for the night. 2nd time back and had to see our favorite desk agent Tia! Thank you for another wonderful stay , she always personable and always giving warm greetings and farewell not just to me but to others in her presence! We love the customer service through out the whole property once again! A fantastic stay thanks to valet , Emily, and Tia! I appreciate you for going above and beyond always! See you again soon Vespera!

The rooms are huge and the view was spectacular. The staff was lovely. It’s definitely the best place is Pismo for fun in the sun.

Paid and closed tab at the bar and they still charged to the room. Got double charges, called and they said I have to have the receipt not the transaction statement from the card I paid. Very funny.
