Ho soggiornato presso l'Art Hotel Museo di Prato la notte 16 maggio insieme a mia moglie, che aveva un impegno di lavoro in quella sede. Vista l'ubicazione dell'hotel, avevamo chiesto (per tempo e via email) di essere sistemati in una stanza tranquilla NON fronte strada e ci era stata data assicurazione in tal senso. Qualche giorno prima ho telefonato per chiedere conferma e, verbalmente, ci è stato detto che la nostra richiesta sarebbe stata accolta. Arrivati in hotel, purtroppo a tarda sera (ritardo aereo di circa 2 ore), ci è stata assegnata una stanza , con ben 2 finestre fronte strada, con buona pace del nostro sonno!!! Purtroppo era molto tardi (e avevamo avvisato la reception del nostro arrivo in tarda serata), eravamo molto stanchi e non abbiamo potuto far notare subito il problema. Ritengo che tale episodio denoti un insieme di superficialità, scarsa professionalità e mancanza di rispetto per il cliente, NON ACCETTABILI per un hotel che vanta 4 stelle.

Perfetta posizione all uscita dell’ autostrada a mezz oretta di auto da Firenze. Camera senza lussi ma confortevole, letto e cuscini comodi, bel bagno moderno con grande doccia, pulizia ottima, personale reception gentile e professionale, ottimo il servizio deposito bagagli. Wi-Fi debole in camera. Arredamento spazi comuni datato ma tutto pulito. Ampio parcheggio. Per colazione noi siamo andati a 2 minuti di auto alla pasticceria Zarini davvero super!
