"Excellent service from the reception girls, very quiet place except that in the mornings while the tenants leave, it is a little noisy, I think that as tenants we should be a little more aware, but regardless of this, everything was excellent with the hotel, I needed to stay one more night and without problem they gave me the same room so I wouldn't have to move with all my things, I am very happy with my stay time, Thank you for everything ☆☆☆☆☆"

"First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice."

"It's a bit far from Venice, but it's a short walk from the nearest station. The facilities themselves were normal and had everything they needed."

"Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name. It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly."

"You have to take a 20-minute bus from Prato Station, but the bus is harder to catch than Rome. Personally, I walked, but it was an hour's walk to the station. It might be better to rent a car. Clean and okay. The service was good, and the wifi worked well, which was nice. In Rome, the wifi was useless, but here it's fast so you can watch YouTube. The breakfast was good, but the Italian bacon (guazzale, etc.) was very expensive."
