"A truly disappointing experience – definitely not recommended! Our group stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very unpleasant experience, especially during breakfast. We were ushered into a small café area and served a very sparse and limited breakfast, while other guests were enjoying a much more varied breakfast in a separate restaurant. When I asked why we were being treated differently and if I could see the other dining area, the staff offered no response. They simply turned and walked away without a word. Some of the waiters even spoke in Italian and laughed. Even though I don't speak Italian, body language is universal — and it was clear their attitude was disrespectful. We brought our complaints to the front desk, but our concerns were completely ignored, and no solution was offered. No apologies were given, and no consideration was shown. This is simply unacceptable service for a hotel. If you don't want to start your day angry or disappointed, I strongly advise you to avoid this place."

"So glad my girlfriend and I chose to stay at this hotel! ❤️ Location - 10/10. The train station is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, and there's a Coop supermarket right across the street where you can buy groceries. Reception - Check-in was super quick, and the staff were just lovely! Housekeeping - Everything was excellent and clean. Overall: If you don't want to pay almost double for accommodation in Florence, I highly recommend considering Prato, and this hotel in particular. P.S. The only thing my girlfriend and I noticed was the area in front of the hotel. We would have loved to see a beautiful green lawn instead of burnt grass (("
