Bello, poszione centrale, pulizia ottima. Stanze eleganti e confortevoli....curate nei minimi dettagli Bellissima la sala colazioni, con una colzione variegata e abbaondante. Personale cordiale. Se torno a Pistoia..torno in questo hotel.

Parfait ; tout était parfait. De l’accueil au départ , tout le personnel rencontré a été attentionné et professionnel. L’établissement a beaucoup de charme , le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux . On y reviendra et en attendant on recommande .

Bell'Hotel situato nel centro storico di Pistoia con camere accoglienti dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Buonissima la colazione fatta in una saletta interna, alla sera diventa patrimonio del ristorante con menù alla carta , colazione che spazia appunto che spazia dal dolce al salato nei giusti equilibri. Tutti i locali sono puliti e le camere molto silenziose, il bagno direi ottimo. Gentilezza e disponibilità poi sono ben gradite e presenti. La mezza pensione è possibile con il locale direttamente di fronte: la Cantinetta , ma solo di sera. Hotel che consiglio anche per la vicinanza a tutto il centro storico. Per il parcheggio auto occorre trovarlo presso i garage comunque poco distanti.

Absolutely superb. Super clean and in excellent condition. One minor thing was that I had to leave early so went for breakfast at 7 sharp and it was not fully ready - would definitely stay again though

This booking was made for me on a business trip. The hotel is well located in the middle of Pistoia. Wonderful staff made the check-in quick and easy. My room was very large and spacious with a huge bathroom. Big comfortable bed. All the facilities were excellent, although the lack of a full length mirror may bother some people. The inclusive breakfast was simple but adequate and of course comes with the usual excellent Italian coffee.

Splendido quattro stelle completamente rinnovato. Camera e bagno ampi. Molto tranquillo con letto comodo. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Colazione a buffet in una bellissima sala d’ epoca. Accoglienza gentile e affabile, con tutte le informazioni necessarie. Di fronte all’ entrata dell’ albergo una osteria moderna con forno a legna comoda se non si desidera allontanarsi troppo.
