The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning, which made our stay especially comfortable during the warm days. The property itself is beautiful, and the swimming pool is absolutely stunning — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast: it was generous, varied, and of great quality, offering a perfect start to the day. We would also like to give a special thank you to Simone for the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. He truly made us feel at home — and his Aperol Spritz were delicious! Pistoia is also a perfect base for exploring the region. Charming cities like Florence, Lucca, and even Rome are within reach, and it’s easy to take a trip to the coast for those who want a day by the sea. Additionally, the accommodation offers a large and convenient parking area, which made everything very easy for us. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would definitely love to come back! "A good experience of my guests turned into a bad memory after a two day stay my guests paid €1400. last day Tuesday 3 October in the morning they went to the breakfast room where they asked to have a coffee there and were told that breakfast was paid for but the coffee could be had for free which they made about 10 coffees including coffee and cappuccinos from the reception I am called and I am asked to pay €35 as the cost of one coffee first of all my guests understood that it was free because they had to have breakfast with me in a local pastry shop secondly since they were German foreigners and they paid €1400 only two nights and it was the last day it would be more professional to forget it instead of asking €35 not so much for the money but the bad gesture as a bad memory..."
