We were there for 1 night. The only good thing is they have smart TV in the room. Let's just say the photos on the website are nicer than the room itself when we get there. It is still an OK room. It is just the whole room smell like swimming pool and chlorine.

Deplorable room conditions!
Stains on the bed covers-previous body hairs not cleaned up on the bed topper- Medication left in the room bin, not cleaned up-Hair of some description not cleaned up in the shower- room looked out into a fronted up wall, with trash below-
This hotel and my experience was not worth and no- where near the £182 I paid!
I don't normally complain, but I would not wish any other poor traveller to experience what we had too.
The service on the front desk needs to be better also.

What a lovely hotel cant fault it one bit rooms were lovely and big. Like a maze trying to find room we stayed it could get lost. Only hop skip away from town pitlochry. Lift to all floors swimming pool. Etc. Had breakfast spot on meet some lovely people staff great

The dining and Spa staff were exceptional, although the other staff went above and beyond too. I had not been to the hotel before and wasn't entirely sure what to expect given some reviews. The pool was the cleanest of any hotel I've stayed. The food was delicious especially chef's specials at dinner. Afternoon tea was good. Hotel is still undergoing refurbishment after having been taken over a few years ago but this did not affect my stay in anyway.

Stayed 1 night in 242 with me and my 3 yr old, great corner room, large, comfortable & clean, great views and spacious, however shower pressure was rubbish Yes the hotel may be a little tired however what makes up for it, is the staff who could not of been more professional, friendly and helpful , absolute joy. My son loved all the freebie Easter Egg . Swimming pool warm and clean Breakfast was good, plenty of staff In summary, would I stay again, yes , did we have fun totally and thank you ! Special mention goes to Emily , the head housekeeper who leant me a pound for the swimming pool changing room lockers !!

I loved my stay at Scotlands Hotel room was great with large tv with Netflix to watch my programs. Pool was great especially jacuzzi was really cosy and relaxing. Food was really nice from the taste to the presentation chef got it all spot on. hostess Ann was welcoming and polite giving us time to order and discussing the menu with us helped us make a great choice in food. Would 100% come back to try some of the spa treatments next we just ran out of time 😊

After booking here for 2 nights for my birthday we read some awful reviews and thought we'd made a big mistake. How wrong were we. Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Room was comfortable (306) although as it was part of the turret the Coombe ceilings took a bit of dodging. Food in restaurant was excellent and plentifjl and the breakfast left you spoilt for choice. Pool was another bonus. All in all would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is spot on central location of Pitlochery. The stall all are so so lovely and went more than the extra mile. Excellent views, food, atmosphere and spa facilities. Room was spotless.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.
