Absolutely the worst most unprofessional stay I’ve experienced! First they sent me the incorrect door code which made me sit outside for 30 minutes. Once I got in I noticed the bathroom door SHUT without a DOORKNOB I contacted the property manager she proceeded to tell me to use a hanger rod to break in the bathroom smh! Shower curtain had MOLD all on the bottom and nothing but FILTH, the apar**ent had animal hair everywhere, wasn’t clean they left food in the fridge there were grapes on the floor! No curtains in the master the smoke detectors were off the wall with batteries out! Urine stains on the bed, I have several of photos. I reached out to Sophia (property manager) she’s been ignoring me as of now STILL disgusting dirty and unsanitary place to be and a rip off

We were supposed to receive a passcode to check in which we never did. It was difficult to reach anyone given that property does not have anyone on site and when we did talk to some one we were told that we needed to pay cleaning fee to receive the passcode. If it was required to pay cleaning fee before check in why wouldn't they charge it in the first place? If not why were we not sent the passcode? I have never experienced such a poor check in process.

It was so wonderful I felt like staying at home. The community was beautiful. The a**osphere was great easy to go to any places in the city to go eat dance drink didn’t take long to get there just overall wonderful.
