The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and have good facilities. Very satisfied 👍"

"Pittsburgh's historic hotel was built in 1961. The room looks like an old star hotel. I like the lighting. It's very comfortable to lie down and rest at night. The location of the hotel is also good! The front desk service is a bit poor, but everything else is good! The people at the VALET parking service are very nice, but the hotel doesn’t have slippers or toothbrushes or toothpaste."

"The location is very good for Pitt or Carnegie-Mellon. The room was great and the check-in was friendly and fast. The parking is adjacent so that was nice. Sad to pay an additional $22 on top of room The bar was lively enough without being too much I was happy to be able to get breakfast starting at 6:30- and the food was good. I will stay here again."

"It was incredibly noisy. I only realized in the morning that there were several huge air conditioning units right outside my window, about 2 meters away. I'm not sure if that's standard for the hotel. The sink was also broken, and the curtains wouldn't close properly."
