The entire property is surrounded by homeless encampments. Because of this, the doors remain locked, and supposedly you can swipe your key to get in. My keys never worked. And so I was often left outside feeling unsafe until someone reluctantly opened and then scolded me for not using my keys. I absolutely did not feel safe here. Further, there was a brown smear on my wall, housekeeping came 2-3 times and it remained there. The main issue is safety. I waited for all my Ubers inside because even being at the door of the hotel felt shady. Never again.
