I had to cancel my hotel about a week in advance due to a sudden change in plans. (Things I could not help) they refused to refund me my deposit even though I wasn’t even in the same city that weekend.

Great cost-effective hotel in the North Shore. It is conveniently located near restaurants and the stadium.

Quiet and convenient. Wish there were usb ports to charge. Shelves in the bathroom were very dusty.

The hotel was very welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a very nice selection for breakfast as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Room service was supposed to be every other night, but my room wasn't cleaned and in room coffee supplies weren't replaced during my 4-day stay. They were out of waffle batter, which upset my granddaughters, and items like coffee and muffins weren't restocked in a timely manner on the breakfast buffet.
