Beautiful rooms led lighting in bedrooms rooftop basketball court giant chess board
Walls were little dirty
When checking in $250 deposit!! Didn’t know abt still waiting for the hold to lift from card ! Told it would be next day when checking out double checked abt hold on cc and got told 3-5 days ???

Fantastic stay all around! Friendly staff, beautiful room and views, clean, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The parking garage is in the building, and the rooftop was spectacular. We can’t wait to be back soon.

Everyone in our group loved the two bedroom suite so much! Very clean room, stocked with enough toiletries/towels for all 5 of us. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. City views were beautiful. Front desk girls were so kind and helpful. Definitely will be back.

There were open holes in the ceiling. The bed was too small for the frame and was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on as there was no support but it wasn’t soft either.
In the bedroom there was a remote that was supposed to control LED lights but nothing turned on and no one was available to assist with this.
The bathroom had drips down the wall and the floor had grime/film on it by the toilet.
For a “luxury “ experience I expected more as it is truly in the details AND the quality.

The room was very spacious with laundry and full size refrigerator. Really nice.
The parking was $30/night, attached garage. Having to get the parking ticket validated prior to each departure was a bit of a bother but otherwise the stay was great.

Even though we stayed in the penthouse, I wasnt particularly impressed with the room for the money. The room was just ok, with small details just not right, dirty nooks and crannies, no defining amenities, etc. The windows were the highlight of the room, everything else was just average. Hallways floors uneven, like they just carpeted over defects, and debris left in the elevator. I don't believe I'd stay there again.

Very nice suite. A couple things did not work including safe, which could not be locked and it was not bolted in.
Sofa in living room had stains on it.
Despite the above, very nice.
