The Inn is a beautifully renovated 1920s home on a quiet street around the corner from a quaint business district. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable (pillow top mattress and high quality linens). The owner is a gracious host and made us a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, lemon yoghurt and the fluffiest banana pancakes I’ve ever had. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

The Inn is gorgeous and very well restored. The neighborhood is close to so many things. We walked to a great coffee shop and restaurants. Randall served an excellent breakfast which we enjoyed, but we waited for coffee so we could try out a local coffee shop as my daughter is moving to the area. We highly recommend the Inn and would love to return.

The Morning Sun is a beautifully remodeled home with great character and a warm and knowledgeable host. Comfortable, quiet accommodations and a delicious and filling breakfast! Very convenient to attractions and the University of Pittsburgh.

We selected this place to have our small private wedding and we were not disappointed. The Anna Suite is wonderful and Randall was very helpful to provide exactly what we needed to have our ceremony in the first floor living room. The breakfast served each morning was delicious. If we get to Pittsburgh again, we will definitely consider staying at the Morning Sun Inn.

This is a real B&B. Lovely and comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast each morning, and a truly hospitable host. The Inn is in a walkable neighborhood with several good, independent restaurants within a few blocks. There is convenient off-street parking. An excellent place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh.

It was close to everything, the rooms and service were incredible, price point was superior and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean. Randall was an excellent host, and provided us with the wonderful breakfast. It was the perfect quiet little getaway that we needed. We definitely do it again sometime. We had a wonderful time!
