Days Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh

Breakfast was supposed to be included, and they gave nothing but a paper bag with an orange juice, a danish and water that was not in the advertising book in the room. We also had a room in the basement, which was really stinky, and our toilet leaked water all over the floor and our air conditioner didn’t work, right I will not come here again

The stairs going upstairs were dangerous

was very disappointed with our stay. We were going to stay 2 nights but went elsewhere after the first night. Glad we only booked the first night. It was very noisy. The heating, a/c unit was very loud when the ac was on so we turned it off and got too hot so we had to turn the heat on low and it wasn't as loud. Hardly any sleep because of all the clanking. Then there was a partially eaten Poptart on the unit so room was not cleaned properly. No fan in the bathroom so it got very hot and steamy and had to wait to air it out before I could do my hair and makeup. I had an appoin**ent so early so it was time I didn't have. The water in the shower went from extremely hot to very cold a few times. They did offer us a wooping 20% off our next stay but there will not be a next time. I mentioned all this upon check out and was told they would look into it and never heard back from anybody so I called and a manager wasn't there so was told to call back Monday thru Fri 10 am to 12 pm and the phone would ring and then nothing so I emailed and got a quick response of the 20% discount for the next stay. $12 really wasn't worth the hassle for the first stay so we will go elsewhere.

The best hotel iv ever been I highly recommend it to anyone trying to have a relaxing stay very friendly staff able to accommodate my every need as far as any questions or help finding my way around

Great place always a clean room just wish some of the lamps had working light bulbs

For one the tub was very dirty. There was hair everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work. The TV was very scratchy. They told me that I would receive warm breath and when I woke up the next morning, they gave me a bag of food. It was just horrible.
