The public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, and they gave nothing but a paper bag with an orange juice, a danish and water that was not in the advertising book in the room. We also had a room in the basement, which was really stinky, and our toilet leaked water all over the floor and our air conditioner didn’t work, right I will not come here again

I arrived around 1:30 and asked if I could check in early. I explained that I was there to go to Pirates games over the weekend and didn't need to have access to the room, I only wanted to check in. I was told check in is at 3:00 so no, you can't. Upon returning later that evening and entering our room, it smelled like an ashtray despite a sign posted on the door as a no smoking room. The next morning, I asked if I could check out at noon instead of 11:00. I was told it would be an additional $50 for the extra hour. There was no breakfast offered and the coffee was not very good. Overall, I will only use this franchise of hotels if I am desperate.

The hotel is in a convenient location just outside Pittsburgh in the hills. It is a little aged but the beds are comfortable and the night staff are excellent. We tried a couple of rooms to get a quiet one. It is located along a busy road but it was not a problem.

It is very old, the room was not cleaned, it was never dirty, the place would never return to this property, the only good thing in my view is the location.

The room wasn't very clean, there were a lot of crumbs and scuffs. The free breakfast was ghetto, a muffin, a juice, an apple and a bottle of water in a paper bag. The electricity went out and was out for hours and on top of everything the desk chair broke as soon as it was sat in

There were stains on the sheets of both beds. Bed skirts didn’t match and were stained and wrinkled. Pictures on line did not show that this hotel was on a loud, major road. Check in had over a 20 minute wait
