The bathroom was not cleaned properly, their whirlpool was out service and we were not told, you have to walk outside to their indoor pool house…. The breakfast was probably the best thing about this hotel!!!! 😩

, the introduction is to the hotel in 1969, which is relatively old, one year older than me. There was a strange smell in the corridor, the bed in the room was very small, the facilities were very old, the hardware in the bathroom was rusted, the refrigerator was very noisy, the faucet could not be turned off tightly, and it ticked horribly all night. The bed was too narrow and soft, making it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Not recommended The advantage is that the environment is very good, it is in the mountains and very quiet. There is free breakfast and parking.

The hotel is okay, with breakfast, swimming pool, and the price! Hygiene is okay

Worst hotel, un-clean rooms, **** smell in the hallway, we had to change three rooms before checking out and the hotel folks offered a voluntary refund.

Overall my stay was very good. The people were friendly and very helpful. However, the house keeping staff could most definitely put a lot more effort into their job. You could definitely tell that they were not very good at their job. Before I even let my children step foot into the bathroom I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products and clean the entire bathroom as you could see urine and fecis on the wall around the toilet, the sides of the toilet and the floor around the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The bed linens were stained with what appeared to be urine and/or spilled coffee or soda. Therefore I went and purchased bed linens so that my kids and i would have clean sheets and blankets. But besides the cleanliness our stay was very nice. My kids and i felt safe and comfortable.

Inaccessible. Was not told there was not an elevator, had no way to ask or reserve a room with accommodations for my mobility aid scooter. Ended up having to crawl up steps. Awful and was told "you'll figure it out" by the receptionist when I pointed this out. Will NOT be staying again.

There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, the walls had pieces fall apart. Eat at there restaurant service was not good at all. Come back later in the day and find no new towels at all. We packed up and left didn’t care about losing money. Will never go back there health board should look into this hotel

The shower didn’t get warm in room 206. Was told there was no parking where there was that was closer to our room. Shower ceiling was moldy and caving in. Window was not secure in any fashion and could not be locked. Basically falling apart and dirty.

The water was shutoff for hrs due to water main break the fact that they didn’t communicate with the guest til u called they should know if they going be working and notify the guest prior to check in

cracked broken walls. blood on the shower walls. pool needed new paint, hot tub was out of order, gym was gross with leaking ceiling and a bucket in the middle of floor.

we had a really great time and the staff was really nice the breakfast was nice! and the lady who took care of us for breakfast was so nice!! she did everything to make us comfortable! we loved the heated pool also! the only thing we didnt like was early check in was 45 more dollars!! we chose your hotel for our budget but this was disappointing.

It's a decent hotel for the money. Staff was very polite. Would love to have stayed here when it was new.
