Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience.

Great location and nice hotel. Great value for our stay that was for an event at the convention center. Nice hotel.
I knocked one star off due to a persistent noise outside. Wasn’t super loud but noticeable at times.

Excelente hotel. Todo!! La habitación muy limpia y amplia. Las camas super cómodas y la ducha con agua bien caliente y buena presión. El desayuno esta incluido en el precio, es completo y variado. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del estadio de los Pirates y a dos manzanas de la estación de metro (gratuito) de North Shore. Downtown cruzando el puente esta a 5 minutos andando. El hotel dispone de parking por 28$/día, aunque al lado hay un parking publico por 15$/día, sale mas económico si no vas a mover el coche la verdad. Pero lo que me gustaría DESTACAR de este hotel, es el personal que trabaja en él, y en especial Eve. Es la persona mas simpática, profesional y responsable que hemos conocido JAMÁS en un hotel, y ya hemos viajado muchos años durante unos cuantos. Quería agradecer personalmente a Eve su excelente atención y trato familiar que nos dio. Hizo de nuestra estancia en el hotel algo inolvidable.

We were a late arrival (11:40 pm). When they went to check us in the individual at the front desk realized their computer system was down so they wouldn’t be able to check us in nor provide us with our room since they weren’t able to see what room we were in. I was told the night manager was upstairs and she would be down shortly. When she finally came down, after making us wait for about 40 minutes, she never came over to speak with us about the situation. Eventually another individual showed up (from his home) who we assumed was the owner or general manager. He was able to get us into our room, but not after another 20 minutes had passed. While we can understand that stuff happens, no offer of any compensation for having to wait a full hour to be able to get into our room was ever made and we were both too tired and frustrated to ask at 12:40 am.

Location was good, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Need better pest control. Breakfast was ok. Nice poil area. Staff handled issue fast. Nice size rooms. It has a pool and gym and parking is free. Need more variety for breakfast...

All though when I first arrived I found stains in the refrigerator the microwave plate was missing the top spread cover was dirty and the tub was not rinsed out properly but thanks to the house keeping manager and the help of the housekeeper (whom was very helpful by the way) was able to accommodate us with another room that was great hospitality ❤️
