I choose extended stay hotels with a kitchenette for a reason. I have severe food allergies and can't eat out. Well this kitchenette was not set up for anyone who legitimately needs to make their own meals. The kitchen cooking paraphernalia consisted of one spatula, one spoon, one knife and a glass cutting board. There were no bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, colander or strainer, salt and pepper. The basic items needed to make the simplest of meals like, for example, spaghetti. I moved to a Residence Inn later in the week and let me tell you the kitchen was so well appointed I wish I had taken pictures for comparison. I stay away from AirbNB's for a variety of reasons like their pricing++, and lack of customer service. If hotels who offer kitchenettes want to compete with them, please step it up. There are people who need you to be better.

I loved the location and having a parking garage was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was quiet. What I Hated was the shower. It has a half glass partition with NO DOOR or curtain!! So you can't enclose yourself and keep out the cold air. And It Leaks Water all over the Floor. Horrible Design!!!!

I liked the location the staff was friendly. We did like the look of the room. But when we decided to go to bed we noticed the sheets were dirty. There was looked to be some makeup on them and because of the time of night we didn't feel like making a stink and have to switch rooms so we ended up sleeping on top of the covers. Also the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the sink didn't drain. It is also very loud you could hear people running around all night and if the people on the floor above us or around us flushed their toilet you could here it. I'm sure that has to do with the age of the building there is much they can probably do for that. I figured I was going to say something if they asked me how my stay was when I checked out but they didn't so I just let it go. I know this kinda falls on me for not saying something but we were tired and just wanted to sleep because we were leaving early in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location. We came for Pirates baseball. Easy and scenic 1 mile walk to PNC Park. Lots of great restaurants close by. Quality fitness center. Decent breakfast. High quality room. Service was also excellent. Try to park in the underground garage.
