很一般的酒店。它曾經是匹茲堡最豪華的酒店之一，但現在滑坡得非常明顯。幾乎沒有任何服務，房間內部的電話是壞的（想要客房服務得親自下樓），衞生做得也一般（床單上甚至有污漬）。
酒店內部商店、餐廳也幾乎處於倒閉的狀態。我們入住的時候下大雪，白天根本出不了門，結果這麼大一家酒店竟然沒有吃的（衹有一家酒吧還在營業）！
最後，由於這個酒店的整體設計，幾乎所有基礎房型的窗户都是對內的（窗户對面就是一堵牆），有點幽閉。

匹茲堡歷史悠久的酒店 建於1961年 房間一看就是老牌星級酒店 喜歡那個燈光 晚上躺着休息很舒服愜意 酒店位置也不錯！前台服務稍差 其他都不錯！VALET停車服務的人很好 不過酒店沒拖鞋 有牙刷牙膏

The location of awesome. But room itself is outdated. Wall sealing are starting to come off. Amenities are fully functional though. We asked for extra body lotion but took them more than 30minutes to respond. We ended up bumping into house keeping in the corridors and asked for them there.

Any hotel that charges $450 per night for a room yet requires you to pay an additional $4.99 for WiFi has got it's priorities messed up. I can go to any coffee shop or restaurant in the hotel's vicinity and they will provide WiFi for free. I would prefer that you charge me $454.99 per night and throw in the WiFi! Wake up OMNI!

I am in love with Omni William Penn Hotel - an architectural gem that is so beautifully preserved and has lots of great services including loyalty program. I was greeted with drink of my choice on the house, and lots of other perks I didn't expect.

Like most older and well-established hotels, you missed the details. The staff was polite and effective. The building/rooms/decor look great in pictures but are dated and worn in person. The folding suitcase stand is small enough to be an insult which leaves the floor or the bed to pack/unpack. The bathroom had one (conjoined) pair of hooks on the door and one hand towel holder by the sink. This means that you can hang one bath towel. If you hang two on the door, the second will fall when you retrieve the first. You cannot hang a robe or clothes for a shower. Toilet flushing was inconsistent and ineffective unless repeated several times. The built-in make-up mirror was a nice touch except that it's light no longer functions. There was no full length mirror and my wife remarked on or lamented this fact several times per day. Apparently women like to make sure their shoes and outfits look good together. The TV remote was the least intuitive I have ever encountered. The guide consisted of a channel line-up but zero program information. The best part was when we checked in and were told that our upgraded room (suite) had been cancelled. It was fortuitous that you reminded me about this survey, now I'll put this in a Google review as well.

The employees at this hotel were universally helpful and gracious. It was quite an experience. The hotel itself is beautiful. It does need some upgrades to carpets and a few rough edges, but by and large it's a great experience.
