The location of the hotel is great, in the center of Pitt, within walking distance of all teaching buildings and dormitories, surrounded by many delicious Chinese restaurants, as well as Greenhouse Park. In addition, the hotel breakfast is very good!

There is a large parking lot. There are many black people here. There are many students nearby. It is next to the university. It is convenient to eat and shop. It is the service attitude of the front desk. There is no smile or zombie. Traffic is not convenient

Send your child to the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown, and choose this hotel. After more than half a month of experience, I feel very good, and at the same time, I also feel the friendliness and kindness of the American people to the Chinese people. Johnstown is not so convenient to get around by car. The hotel service staff kindly arranged for their colleagues' cars and said there was no charge. How can this be OK? I will still express my heart and arrange the vehicle. I am very grateful to my guests in this foreign country. Next time I come, I will still choose to stay in the hotel again.

This is a pretty decent hotel. It is much better than the Hilton Garden Inn we previously stayed in down the street. We initially reserved a studio with 2 queen beds, but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. My kids were beyond excited because they got their own room, TV and bathroom. My husband appreciated the private bath and corner view with plenty of windows. It was VERY spacious. Our room was listed as having a king bed, but it seemed more like a queen. The pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable, which was disappointing. The bathrooms were clean. The bedrooms were fine, but a bit dusty. The kitchen/living areas were not as clean. The sofa was pilled up and had blonde hairs on it. The kitchen cabinets, stove, table, chairs and fridge had smudges and fingerprints on them, which I found a bit gross. Although there was a full kitchen, there weren't any cleaning supplies aside from a meager roll of cheap paper towels. No dish detergent. No disinfectant spray. Luckily, we didn't really need to use the kitchen. At one point, we used 2 forks and a bowl, so I called the front desk for some detergent and they brought me dishwasher pods which we didn't use. I bought Clorox wipes at the CVS down the street to clean up and left the bowl and forks rinsed off in the sink for housekeeping to wash. Despite these shortcomings, we will most likely stay here again. We'll just be better prepared. Also, be aware that the parking is first come, first serve. We parked and walked to our destinations, which was very easy since the hotel is right on Forbes Ave.

It is a relatively clean hotel with a bit of characteristics, with its own parking lot, but the location is not very central, the only fly in the ointment is that the room is at the intersection, from the window is the intersection, the night and early morning vehicles flow endlessly, very noisy, people who sleep poorly can pay attention when they check in

Lindsey and her staff are the best. We chose this hotel over any other on our frequent visits because what she represents. We could stay anywhere but we CHOOSE this property. Any customer service is rare today much less exceptional service. We feel like she is a 4th daughter
