I loved how friendly and helpful all the staff were starting with when I called to make a reservation. Our room was lovely and I appreciated how quiet it was even though we were right off the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very nice. The wifi was out the whole time and everyday we were told “it will be fixed today”. Disappointed with breakfast especially the waffle maker as they did not cook through. While the staff was cordial, many times they were not available at the front desk. Don’t think we would stay at this location in the future.

We got a handicapped room but it was very comfortable and quiet and my daughter especially enjoyed the seat in the shower. Our breakfast was delicious as usual and plentiful. We enjoyed being able to have a few beers in the bar while visiting with family.

The rooms were clean and neat but the hotel staff was less than friendly and seemed "obligated to work". When we called and made the reservation, the lady acted like it was an inconvenience to take the call. At breakfast, we addressed the lady at the desk with a "good morning!" with no response. My mother needed some extra blankets before bed and called repeatedly to the front desk (shes 81) and finally walked down to get them and the staff questioned her need to have extra blankets, even after she told them she was taking care of my 84 year old father, giving him dialysis. It appears you have unhappy staff to be working there. I remember the lady that took our reservation was named Jordan. We have traveled to Pulaski all my life - I am in my mid 50s - because my dad was born there and has family there we visit. I have never experenced the rudeness that we did on this trip. It is sad to see.

I've stayed at this numerous times over the years since it has opened, and have been quite happy with things.
This recent stay(all on second floor)...intial room that they had for me, the lock/fob device to open the room was not working. Was then moved to a room a couple doors down. The tv in that room was not working, there was what appeared to be black mold or mildew around 1 of the 2 the heater/ac units. The bathroom shower stall floor had a large crack and was broken (took pics) Potential to injure yourself if you were to slip or weren't paying attention to how you stood in the shower. (Also potential water leakage and/or damage if that doesnt get fixed.) Finally got put into a third room on the other side of the hotel. All was good minus one of 2 tvs not working. A family member of mine also stayed there on the first floor, and they had to switch rooms. Broken toliet in first room, and second room also had major cracks on floor of shower.
Housekeeping presence was nice. Check out wasnt until 11am, but when they saw me starting to leave the room at 930 they sat right by my room and waited for me to leave so they could clean. Give a person a little room to checkout please. I had multiple trips to make and felt quite rushed.

Dirty towel left in the bottom of the refrigerator that was leaking. Refrigerator did not work in my room. Traveling with kids and pool was closed not working. Breakfast was very limited. Not worth the price that was paid for the night.
