I don't think it would be easy to find a hotel in this location in Pittsfield.
The room was quite small and satisfactory.
There were several convenient facilities, but it was disappointing that service water was not provided.

Overall room was nice and spacious! The cleanliness of the lobby could of been better. The floors were dirty and the elevator floor had spilled coffee on it for 2 days. We asked for our valet car to be ready by 3:30 and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They also charged my daughter $2 for one fun dip. She was told that they can makeup the prices.

The only thing I did not like was having to park away from the hotel. I did not see anywhwere before booking where they had mentioned parking was not available at the hotel. They are renovating their parking area/garage and you must park a street down. They do have free valet.

My husband and I went skiing nearby, and decided to stay at the Holidsy Inn. It really wasn’t up to par. The pool area was extremely outdated. The hot tub was closed, the pool area roof was leaking so badly, there were puddles of water everywhere on the tiled floor, making it extremely slippery and unsafe. The garage is closed, so you either self park (down the street, or valet. There was dirty silverware left in our room from the previous occupants. The people next to us were incredibly loud (not the hotels fault) but then we were unable to change rooms as they were full. It was a very disappointing stay.

The room was cold, and there were no instructions for how to control the temperature. There was no listing of services, amenities, etc. in the room or on the TV. I had no idea where to get coffee, find vending, etc. What happened to the binder of facts about the hotel as well as area restaurants, etc?
