"Check in was quick. The hotel is very, very derelict. Some is maintenance but most is cleanliness. The grounds are filthy, the stairs are filthy, the rug in the room is disgusting. The bed was clean and the bathroom was as clean as it could be considering the state of disrepair of the entire place. TV signal was spotty and no wifi (at least I wasnt told there was any). I just needed a bed for a few hours, but I would never stay here again."

While property is old, the rooms have been updated and were comfortable. The location is close to downtown museums and Berkshire Atheneaum."

"Very disappointed! We were traveling with small kids. I booked 2 rooms with the same transaction with double beds each room and when I arrived they gave me one room one 1st floor double bed and one room on 3rd floor with one bed. When I told them why they gave me one room with one bed they said that the information they got from Trip.com was for a one bed , which was a total lie , I showed him the the rooms I booked were both for double beds. They were dishonest. Also our 18 months baby found a pill on the floor on one of the rooms, very dangerous."
