We enjoyed a quiet, off-season week. The condo was meticulously clean! We loved the pool. The only downside was that the bedroom window only opened a few inches so we had to turn on the air conditioner, which was located in the living room and didn’t sufficiently cool off the bedroom. The staff was pleasant And there’s much to do in the area.

Make sure to check if there is any construction going on. When I made our reservation with RCI, it said that the construction will go on from 5/20-5/27. On 5/28, we woke up from a loud noises from the roof and looked outside and discovered that our views (windows and sliding doors) were all blocked with plywoods. The construction workers were telling down the roof!!!!! The management wasn't interested in changing room to accommodate us as we had a pet!!!! But charged a full pet fee which were $20 overcharged anyway as our agreement said $125 for a week but later found out that they charged $145 for 2 nights stay. Very unfriendly reception desk staffs as they didn't try to help or sorry for us. Couldn't even provide an invoice when I asked for one at the checkout!!!

The hotels was beautiful and well maintained. Check in was easy, however, the young man checking us in was not warm or welcoming. He did not take the time to explain what fees were being charged up front or that there would be a $150 hold place on my credit card. He simply checked us in with little to no information or explanation and basically said everything is in the folder with the keys. He did have us complete the form for our vehicle. All the other staff members that we came in contact with were amazing. The young man checking us in gave me the impression that he didn’t want to be there. My over experience was amazing despite the fire alarm sounding at 5AM. The staff was absolutely amazing during the whole thing and keep guest informed.

Staff tried to enter room at 8:30 am. Fire alarms having issues, other entrances that were supposed to be locked were not. concerns were brushed off by staff

We stayed here at least 5 times, and we have enjoyed each one. The room is always clean, staff friendly. The location is great.
