We were pleased with our 1BR unit. It was clean and the full kitchen was a bonus. The resort is conveniently located. The views aren’t in the mountains, but the convenience was what we needed for this trip. The pool looked like it needed some attention. We didn’t go in it. The hot tub was ok but wish it were warmer.

The building and setting were beautiful. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The loose toilet paper holder was repaired within an hour. The hole in the bathroom door was scheduled to be fixed after we left which we requested. The issues were the Nautilus workout equipment that was broken with no timeline for repair, the cookware that had no non-stick pans making cleaning difficult and the "sharp" knives were loose in a drawer and were dull with no sharpening steel available.

Our stay was perfect. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The pool area was super clean as were the hallways and our room. The only downside was the bed was very hard and squeaked a bit when we rolled over. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay for two nights with two small children. Loved separate bedroom, kitchenette, and pool. Very quiet, enjoyable room.

Poor maintenance with poor or no response to maintenance issues. Dryer vents blew air into dryers when operating, not pulling air out. I was told that venting met codes. Maintenance obviously did not understand simple dryer operations. Sheets were threadbare. A clock alarm in an unoccupied room above us went off at midnight waking us. It took staff several minutes to locate the room and turn off the alarm.

Highly recommended! Berkshire Mountain Lodge is my go-to when visiting the area. Easy check-in, clean & comfortable. I especially appreciate the full kitchen.
