The hotel is situated in a good area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tierra Viva and could definitely go back there in the future.

Near the center of Piura. Spacious and clean room. Unfortunately we couldn’t have a breakfast due to the business schedule but the welcome drink was great!

There is no summer or a comforter, and there is only a thin sheet. Breakfast is bread-based and there is a little conflake.
