Viajo por trabajo a Piura frecuentemente, y en uno de mis viajes encontré Tierra Viva, hotel que merece 5 estrellas por su calidad y calidez en el servicio, especialmente de las recepcionistas Maria y Patricia, y todo su personal que hacen de mi estadia, una maravillosa experiencia.

Excelente servicio, buena atención. Tal vez sea bueno ampliar espacios con gimnacio u otros esparcimientos, quizá un jardín o una zona de lectura en la azotea, compartiendo vista a la ciudad. Muy bueno el desayuno buffet. El mini bar puede tener mejores televisores y mejor ubicados, ya que al intentar ver un partido de fútbol, las botellas en la barra tapaban gran parte de la visión. Muy atento todo el personal pero sobretodo quiero destacar la amabilidad de Patricia en la recepcion, el buen confort de las habitaciones y la calidad de la alimentación. Podría mejorar la conectividad a Internet que suele ser muy poco estable en las habitaciones
