Cigarette stench, ash at my window, cigarette burn on the duvet, very small, no room! No socket in the bathroom, nothing to put things down… the leaking shower, lots of debris on the floor, breakfast really very little quantity and choice, no hot milk, no chocolate…. A disaster I request one night's reimbursement from *******

To escape, dirty room, unbearable heat and halogen which lights up the parking lot just above the window making it impossible to open the window. trash stained with blood, disgusting mattress and no mattress protector, book a room with a double bed arrived on site two single beds. part after one night instead of two impossible refund we turn a deaf ear. shameful !!!!

Family room unavailable at check in, so they separated us into 2 rooms. Both rooms red hot with no circulated air. Bathroom drains were horrific. The stench was awful. Smoke detectors were taped up.. Luckily we checked in late and left early as it was only a stop over. Can’t believe I missed the reviews. Would not stay here again.
