"The heating and everything else works really well.. Quiet place (just the first night a couple who were arguing and therefore a lot of slammed doors late at night) Whether in the shower or toilet or in the bed, little hairs everywhere... Even though the room should have been cleaned. . Completely.. and we had to clean the room ourselves. The floors were also dirty when entering the room. By paying 19.40 fees for your stay at the hotel when it was marked 5 euros 83 to pay only. Disappointed and unfortunately we will not come back. Note that we also made the wrong choice having a baby, no space or at least very complicated to install a baby bed. I don't really recommend this hotel at least, not for the cleanliness of the room. As a little extra, there are hot drinks dispensers downstairs available 24/7 and microwaves."

"A new hotel (three years old) located very close to the highway. It's ideal for travelers or visitors who don't want to stay directly in Versailles. Good amenities: secure parking directly at the hotel, a restaurant, and a fast-food outlet next door. Very friendly staff, a pleasant and upscale atmosphere, and free water from refillable carafes on every floor. The rooms are sufficiently large and well-equipped. Everything is very clean and in new condition. The breakfast is absolutely fine, but could definitely be improved in terms of variety. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived saturday in the afternoon, we had booked a room for 2 nights. We we arrived there was a paper at the door that they were closed, no phone number, no reason. We weren’t notified at all. I tried to call but there was absolute no response. I also emailed the hotel, but also no response, even now three days later, we haven’t heard anything from them. It’s scandalous. If you’d like to place to stay I wouldn’t book here, even if you have paid you are not garantied a room or even a bed for that matter. This absolutely have been the worst ‘stay’ I have ever had in a hotel. For whatever reason you close your hotel at least let your guests know it is not possible and pay them their money back. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t wish it upon anyone"

"The service was terrible. We had a card on our phone to pay, so they asked for cash or card payment, but the card had to be physically in our hand. The receptionist sent us to an ATM 10 minutes away to get money. When we returned with the money, it was gone, and the man who replaced it said he wouldn't accept cash. We spent two hours asking for the keys to our room, which had been prepaid. The email didn't mention a deposit for the room, so we didn't have any cash on us. The receptionist told us to wait until midnight for the management's decision, and only then did we receive the keys. I don't recommend this hotel because of the service. Upon check-out, they first checked the room to make sure nothing had been stolen (this is the first time I've encountered this, as I'm traveling abroad with my husband for one month)."

"We found this hotel room inexpensive. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was neither a toilet nor a shower in the room. We were very disappointed. The shared toilets and showers were so dirty that we had to hold it in. There were no towels or soap in the showers, and they showed signs of wear and tear. The light in the room didn't work, so we had to use the bedside lamps. The floor was so dirty that our shoes got stuck in it. The bed was hard; we couldn't sleep. In short, I do NOT recommend it!"
