Perhaps my expectations are too high. AC hardly worked, when it did it had to be on Max and was LOUD, room floor was dirty, shower wouldn’t close, basin leaked, shower gel dispenser wouldn’t stay on the wall, shower head done whatever it wanted, water was salty(!!!!), there was a safe with no access to it, bed was hard, pillows were either like a rock or like a sponge, iron had no ironing board, bathroom drains smelt of eggs. Only good thing was the gent at reception with glasses, very approachable and kind.

La sera appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che l'area condizionata non rispondeva ai comandi. Due opzioni o accesa a 20 gradi o spenta. Segnalato subito nulla è cambiato nei 7 giorni di permanenza. Hotel due stelle

We were there for a week in September, im not one to moan unless its justified but we were very disappointed to say the least. On the plus side the hotel was spotless and in a decent location, apart from the cleaner's and reception staff i thought the other staff were quite miserable, in particular one of the barman. The food if that's what you call it was absolutely shocking!! Literally luke warm at best and poor quality, tried to cut into a chicken kiev one day which was impossible, a hacksaw would of been very handy!! I could go on about the restaurant food but I'll move on to the snackbar instead, OMG it was terrible!! At one bar you had a choice of either a hotdog, burger or pizza, all were tiny and dry, the hotdog had been cut in half and made to do two hotdogs, the other's on offer were no better, another bar you could get a cheese and ham sandwich which i think the barman had been sat on, by far the worst all inclusive iv ever been too!! The drinks were ok, hardly spent anytime in the hotel though to be honest. Outside the restaurant was a book where people could leave reviews of the food/restaurant, funny alot of the writing was the same, i personally think the restaurant staff wrote most of the reviews? We did however find some good bars in the area which was a godsend as the entertainment pretty much matched the food!!

Had read previous reviews and were not expecting much. However, were surprised. If you want four star food, room, etc. This is not the hotel for you. If, like us you book a three star on a late deal you Get what you paid for. Our room was clean with refurbished shower room. Staff helpful and pleasant. Three good pools. Good choice of food, entertainment basic did have a good singer one night and a Greek night, this was end of season so not too bad. Overall were happy And felt we got our monies worth. Should return again.

We have travelled on four all inclusive holidays in the last twelve months with Jet2 so this is an honest review. The hotel is in a great location, it has 3 pools, the food in the restaurant is good with lots of choice, drinks of wine, beer ,soft drinks and hot drinks are self service in the restaurant. We ate in the a la carte restaurant which was a four course meal with waiter service drinks and it was good. Snacks are poor only choice is hot dog, burger or pizza no chips. There is entertainment every evening but we chose to go out. Greek night was good, with dancing and singing. The hotel is generally clean, but does need some maintenance. The spa area was partially flooded with brown water and the walls are mouldy. Some of the rooms have not been refurbished and are poor, we were given room 113, there was a massive hole in the ceiling outside the room and the furnishings, including the headboard were peeling. After complaining we were moved to room 306 which was a lovely modern family room overlooking the pool. The safe is free, tourist tax for 2 adults was 21 euro. We had a night flight and asked to keep our room on for 5 hours and we’re told it was 70 euro, only showers available was the mouldy spa, luckily we used another guests room to shower. The weather was red hot, we had a lovely holiday but we would not return to this hotel again.

honest review . we arrived at around 9 pm and were given a room at the front of the hotel, the room was awful, broken fridge, noisy aircon, twin bed (despite us being a couple) the room was above the pool on the first floor, i complained and to be fair was relocated to another room at the back of the hotel with a pool view. the hotel looks as though it has been half refurbished so the back of the hotel is lovely, the room we were given was really nice, clean and modern. We went All inclusive because the deal we got was quite cheap so though well at least we'll have the option of a few meals in the hotel and drinks if we want them, the restaurant is small and functional, however the food was pretty disgusting and we aren't pick eaters so we ate out most nights, just using the hotel for salad and fruit at lunch time. The hotel is fairly central to the main ***** in Planos but a good 10-15 minute walk away from the main nightlife in Tsilivi. Alexander beach is a short walk and is absolutely perfect. overall we had a lovely holiday, hired a quad for 50 euro for the day which got us round the island which was amazing. The hotel with a few tweaks could be really good and maybe if your gonna refurb a hotel either at least a. finish it or b. start at the front. Entertainment was pretty poor apart from 1 greek night which was good, other than that a young kid sits round a pool playing bingo and spinning some music with a bit of eclectic weird solo dancing ( a cross between Michael jackson and Justin Timberlake) weird but funny to watch. overall not bad but if your considering all inclusive and your on a budget i would strongly recommend paying a bit extra and staying elsewhere, luckily we weren't too fussed about the food and ate out at some of the lovely restaurants in the area. basic hotel with basic facilities but a good base at a cheap price as it was our second holiday this year ... ps the reception staff are lovely, the rest are miserable as sin (i kind of don't blame the staff for this one though) i suspect the hotel chain treats them pretty badly and they look totally fed up

I’m not really sure where to start when describing this hotel. There is some positives but there are a number of negatives that need to be addressed. The staff as a majority are polite and helpful, however there are few that walk round stone faced and have come across as rude. We were a family of 4, travelling with additional family in total we were a group of 9. At first we were put in the ‘older’ building. This room simply wasn’t appropriate for us. We also requested a move to be closer to my parents so they could support with the kids. They moved us the following day and were really helpful. The room we moved to on the surface was perfect for us as a family. However, we did request a deep clean after noticing black mould on the air conditioning unit. This was done the following day. Our pipes were also on backwards so the cold tap was the hot and hot was freezing cold, the toilet flushed red hot water so you could feel the heat after the lid had been down. We mentioned it to reception but obviously there’s nothing they can do without ripping the bathroom apart and repiping. The dining room fall was horrific, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. We visited at the end of season and we nearly every tea time struggled to get clean plates, cutlery and glassware sometimes waiting up to 15 minutes for it to be replenished. The food was not our favourite at all. For us it felt like none of the food went together to make a meal, it felt like you had parts of multiple meals on your plate. The food was never warm. There were people warming their food in the microwave. When we arrived we noticed the toaster was broken it was fixed for morning number 3 but then it broke again and wasn’t replaced till our final morning of a 2 week break. The pool area wasn’t always clean, there were broken tiles and the ladder to the pool was broken the whole time we were there. The pool ‘snack bar’ was extremely disappointing, it was simply hotdogs and burgers warmed up in the microwave. We paid just short of £3000 to stay here for 14 nights it was our only holiday this year and it was quite disappointing.

Nice clean hotel, 3 pools which were nice. Advertises a balcony bar but wasn’t open and looked as though it hadn’t been for ages. Food was ok, you wouldn’t starve but the restaurant was small. When the weather was bad (last 2 days) there was nowhere to go inside and no real entertainment of a night. Location was good with bars and restaurants close by. Entertainment around the main pool was great and Sol the barman was excellent, always a friendly smile and service was great.
