"I really like this surprising hotel, next to the beach. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and treated us to two free mocktails. In the evening, sitting in the hotel restaurant and watching the sunset was very cozy and comfortable."

"This is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. 4 star is a joke!! To start with, We were put in a room with a bacony that literally faces other apartments front doors. When we asked to move, we were told we should have requested pool view but we were told by the Tui rep that there isn't that option on their website. The food was not only horrible but most of it was cold. My husband tried fish which was cold and didn't taste cooked so he left. Chicken which was supposedly cooked in red wine sauce was tough. How can you even get chicken in red wine wrong??? Unless of course the man who is posing as a chef cooked the chicken to death first and then slopped the sauce over the top! Again, it was lukewarm. The soup looked like dishwasher and smelled worse! The food has been so awful, we've ended up eating out many times which defeats the object of having all inclusive. The beer is also disgusting and my husband says it leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. The entertainment or lack thereof is a total joke. A man playing a saxophone, no entertainment on Wednesdays ( what a shame) or you could pop over to the hotel across the road for an equally boring night. Three days running now we've had cold showers. We reported it to reception and they said they were already aware and had there engineers on it! The shower is still as cold as the hot food so have to report again! The only saving grace is that there are a great selection of bars & restaurants in the surrounding area should need to get decent food! ( and believe me you will!!)"

"I booked a private pool suite, which is very suitable for families with children. When the door is opened, there is a private pool where the children play happily. There is also a small garden, which is very convenient for going out."

"We stayed a total of 10 nights in this lovely apartment located in the heart of Tsilivi. The apartment is situated above a bakery and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a large balcony. The apartment is cleaned every day after 11 am, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment has many pros and few cons. The only downside we personally experienced was the firmness of the mattresses. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend it!"

"The staff make this hotel they are fabulous, they need more staff you could be waiting a while for your drink only one barman. The food is on repeat as expected at an ai but we always found something to eat, we did eat out about 4 times in our second week. The entertainment is shocking it’s only on a few nights a week but you can use the sister hotel for entertainment if you wish. No problems getting a sunbed at lot of people seemed to be changing rooms while we where there our room was fine we had a pool view. If you go in summer holidays then the sunbeds will be a problem. They could do with some music round the pool area during the day."

"After reading a couple of the reviews I was a little bit skeptical of staying here however you defo should not be, we have just returned from staying here and it was fantastic everything you need in a hotel. We went as a couple and for us it was ideal, we stayed in a studio and it was cleaned every single day by maids who were lovely, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, even tho continental some mornings you had the options of bacon and egg. Drinks were very cheap from the pool bar and there is even a swim up bar in pool, we never had any issues at all getting sun beds there aren’t many but it’s not a busy hotel so there is always some spare, even after going out for the morning we managed to get beds! Air con is a little bit pricey for the week (90 euros) however we were able to look over that because it was a lovely hotel stay, safe boxes were not expensive to hire for the week just 40 euros and they are located in the reception. The pool was lovely also . We even got lunch from the pool bar one afternoon and that was also delicious and very reasonable."

"The location is fantastic, there are many shops, restaurants and a wonderful beach nearby.The service is wonderful, always smiling. Everything I need is handled without any problems, even a birthday surprise with a cake and a last-minute restaurant.Clean rooms, coffee, tea, kettle and ironing board with iron. Large balcony with hairdryer.The price is perfect. The food is always fresh and constantly replenished.A wonderful family atmosphere everywhere..Peace and quiet..I highly recommend it. No complaints."
