Third visit to the Caravel The setting of this hotel is tranquil and very relaxing. immaculately kept hotel on a lovely beach. We have always stayed in the 800's block which we have found the rooms to be good. Very comfy beds. Lovely surprise on having to change rooms for our pre paid late check out to be given a swim up room for our last day. The reception staff including the luggage porter are welcoming and helpful. The Food in the main restaurant is hot and plentiful..possibly not quite as good as previous visits. The lunch restaurant and al'a Carte are exceptional, I would like to pay credit to Anna and her team who work tirelessly and in a very friendly manner to give the guests a great experience. Unfortunately the service around the pool (smaller pool) for drinks this year needs improvement. The bar staff during the evening service are fantastic as are the drinks, BIG thank you to Ervin (apologies if spelt incorrectly) what a charming young man! efficient, professional but personable. Drinks are great, wonderful cocktail list. The entertainment is the same program each year so may need a review! Elton was my favourite, Mark puts on a fabulous show.. I did feel a little for him as he has to wait for the hotel staff to big themselves up before his set. Whilst I agree the staff here are amazing... do you need to remind yourselves each week? plus is this an unnecessary expense when your guests pay an environmental tax of 10 euros each night to help the islands recover from fire? The daily entertainment is well ran, the staff are friendly. The spa staff are available for questions and bookings during the day, enjoyed my mini poolside complimentary neck massage. Lastly I would like to say Thank you to the hotel manager who runs "a family' well and is never far away which speaks for itself! Definitely remains one of my favourite holidays :-)

All staff are very professional, courteous and well trained. As hotel guests you are treated to a free 3 minute back, neck and shoulder complimentary session morning and afternoon. After a few sessions we decided to book a calm sea and deep tissue treatment, one for each of us. This was undertaken in the spa which is clean, well laid out and offers appropriate ambience. Following the treatment a recommendation is provided for the next treatment or continuation at home. We had a suggestion of the cretan massage which we took, and glad we did. Daniel undertook mine, offering probably the best massage I've ever had. Roberto undertook my wives and she said similar comments. Lazying around the pool we had Elena, Joanna and Sandra providing the daily neck rubs. We used the spa, steam room, sauna and cool pool must days after a day in the sun. This was fabulous. My wife also used the gym on a few occasions which she said was adequate. Would we recommend, yes, would we return of course. Treatments and staff were of excellent standard.

Joanna is best massage I had , her hands are amazing. Hotel in very good location, sandy beach, staff is very polite, food is perfect. The beach at the TUI BLUE Caravel was very nice we enjoyed it every dayy would totally recommend visiting for your vacations.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, spent a week here in late june and wish we had at least one more week there. The staff was always in good spirit and ready to assist you with all your needs. The standard of the hotel and location was better than what we thought when booking! Also the Spa has to be tried if you visit, Betty & Daniel gave us the best massage therapy we’ve had in a long time! Thank you for a lovely stay and for taking so good care of us ❤️

Just returned from the Caravel where we spent 10 days for our honeymoon, and all I can say is my Husband and I were blown away. It was the first proper adults only hotel we’ve stayed at and as it was our honeymoon we paid to stay in a swim up double room with a sea view, and we were not disappointed when we opened up our curtains to see that view for the first time 😍 the room we had was simple but modern, spacious and everything you need for a room to get ready in and sleep in. The bed was was super comfortable, the mini bar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks and the maids work incredibly hard keeping the rooms clean throughout the day, and we tipped them for that at the end of our holiday. When we arrived they had given us an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne and a cake which I thought was such a lovely thought. The hotel itself is spectacular, it’s a lot bigger than we imagined but from our room you could walk down the corridor and straight down onto the beach. It’s kept clean and up to scratch by the incredible staff who you notice are up early watering the lawn, cleaning the pools etc. The wifi was okay, it did disconnect frequently but I think this was because we were in the farthest block and didn’t bother us too much as we had signal on our phones and it always worked in spots of the room and when moving around the hotel. For foodies, the buffet has a wide range of choice. My husband and I are not really one for all inclusive buffets but I will say this is probably the best we’ve eaten at. We ate our lunches majority of time in the snack bar. It has such a wide range of choices on the menu, such as club sandwiches, salads, toasties, burgers, pastas, wraps, pizzas, gyros… the list goes on! But it was 10/10 service there always and the food always tasted good and was fresh. The drinks selection was exceptional, and the cocktails are the best I’ve tasted at an all inclusive. The staff must do so many steps walking around the hotel taking, collecting and delivering orders - the most hard working and lovely staff we had the pleasure of being around and chatting with. You get 1 free sitting at the Culinarium which is their 4 course ‘al a carte’ restaurant that you can book through the TUI Blue app for the evenings. If you’re into al a carte, you’ll love this restaurant. It’s very posh and they serve you with starter/dessert wines, breads whilst you wait etc, and even though the portions look small, it was super filling, well cooked and well presented. The pools were cold but exactly what you need in Greek heat ☀️ plenty of sun loungers around and always spare even if you wake up later, and I loved the sofa beds that they have around too which were comfy and complimented the view even more. The seating was plentiful and comfy. The beach was an amazing touch to this hotel, slightly rocky walking in but nothing too crazy. We didn’t sit directly on the beach and there are signs that say the seats are for Caravel use only, but lot

Just returned from our second holiday here, having enjoyed it so much in 2022 we returned with friends & family this year. Whilst it was much, much busier than it was in 2022 (bit harder to get a sun lounger after 8am, the best seats at dinner and for evening entertainment), we still had an absolutely fantastic time and will certainly be returning for a third visit in the future. On our last visit we stayed in the new block (800/900’s) and two of our friends stayed in that block this year with one of their rooms (901) looking directly out over the sea.. simply beautiful. My husband and I and our son and his girlfriend had two of the swim up rooms with ours getting the sun until at least 3pm. I would book these rooms again, 100% (and I don’t want to say which rooms these were so that I can get them next time ha ha)! These rooms are definitely smaller than those in the new block but how much time do people intend to spend inside their room on holiday?! Always confuses me when people complain about the size of the room unless they spend their entire holiday sat in a bedroom, which is rather odd. Rooms were all cleaned to a high standard, fresh water and soft drinks were replenished in the mini bar daily and you could request other drinks of preference and the staff were happy to oblige. The staff here are absolutely amazing… the General Manager is always around, chatting to guests, the staff serving drinks around the pool and gardens work so hard in the heat but continue to smile and the bar and restaurant staff are simply the best!! Huge shout out to Ervin who kept us hydrated with our (many) cocktails and Raki’s during our stay. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and our evenings would not have been the same without his sense of humour and recommendations. There are so many staff to mention so I could be here all day… spa team, culinarium team… the maintenance guy, Spiros, who fixed two minor issues for us within a matter of minutes! The fitness team were also great, we joined in with Aqua aerobics for 9 days out of our 10 day stay… great fun and after wearing my Garmin for one of the classes, a good calorie burner too (406 calories burned in the HIIT session)! Food is plentiful, something for everyone with really good food labelling for anyone with allergies. At breakfast there is a large selection of gluten free bread and cereal and anyone vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan, you will not go hungry. Spiros, the executive chef, is often visible also and we saw several people discussing options with him and heard that he was very accommodating. Desserts are incredible, I’m baffled by the review that said otherwise?! Evening entertainment was good for the most part - Band Fiction and Elton John were the highlights for us, with Elton allowing our friend to join him on stage for one song on our second week. Greek night was good but not quite as inclusive as other resorts - it would be nice to have it hosted out in the beautiful gardens with m
