Room environment:
The room is big, clean and well-organized. Although the castle view
But the room is close to the fire door and hotel storage room

On arrival we were told the room we had booked (castle view) was not available then on closer questioning the room appeared ! In the room the shower gel and conditioner bottles were empty. New ones were sent to the room quickly having requested these from reception. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and the bedroom windows were locked closed. The bed was comfy and basic room facilities were adequate. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick. Overall a mediocre experience that could have been improved by a standard room prep and assessment

about 15mins walk from cardiff central and located opposite cardiff castle. hotel is clean and bed comfy. only downside is that no bottle water is provided and only cans of sparkliing water provided (for hilton member only). hotel located near the city centre where there are many shops and restaurant. one recommended is the Welsh House where the food is awesome and reasonable to try out welsh food. love the cockles rarebit

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the castle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary, and the staff has a good service attitude. The breakfast is rich. Recommended to stay.
