GT Beach Hotel

Apart from Eden Viaggi who diverted me from another hotel to this one... Gtbeach with all the understanding for the staff who try to do their best, but don't have the capacity. There are kids who work. The buffet is a disgrace to the structure, as it was already finished halfway through the service. Cleaning of the rooms every other day because according to the manager there was a lack of staff. I discovered that it is passed off as 4 stars, but in reality it is 2.

The structure consists of several mini-apar**ents built around a rather large swimming pool. The important thing to know is that you shouldn't arrive here without a car and with the idea of ​​only going to the beach across the street. There are many other truly beautiful beaches in Crete! So, if you consider this as a base for visiting the western part of the island, you won't be disappointed. We didn't really understand how often the apar**ents are cleaned, but in any case you just need to ask if anything is missing or if the towels are changed, and you will be satisfied. The breakfast is more than sufficient (exceptional yogurt), the dinner is decent (it's not a restaurant but you can eat easily). The only real flaw I found is that dinner can be had until 9pm and at that time the staff starts taking everything away. To be in a seaside town (and in Greece) it is really too early. Apart from this (but it's not their fault) the staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 13 al 20 settembre, il buffet molto deludente, scarso e sporco. Il primo e secondo giorno durante la colazione abbiamo trovato capelli nel tortino al cioccolato e un verme nella spremuta d'arancia (fatto presente al personale ma la cosa non è cambiata visto che altra gente ha avuto lo stesso problema i giorni successivi). La cena si presentava con cinque piatti in croce e sempre i soliti due dolci. La camera era spaziosa, peccato che da mercoledì a domenica non ci è mai stata pulita (considerando che lì non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc mi sembra il minimo che almeno 1 volta al giorno vengano almeno svuotati i cestini.....), se hai bisogno di asciugamani puliti/lenzuola bisogna richiederli direttamente in reception... il personale sembrava scocciato, l'unica che ci sembrava essere più carina era Galyna. Alle 22 la reception chiude perciò se hai bisogno di qualcosa non c'è più nessuno, non c'è alcuna attività neanche per i bambini come invece si legge dai servizi che vengono messi a disposizione e "wifi alta velocità" che non funzionava. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel purtroppo tenuta abbastanza male, la posizione era in mezzo al nulla ma ci ha comunque permesso di raggiungere facilmente le 3 spiagge più belle di Balos, Elafonissi e Falasarna.

Απλά απαράδεκτοι!!! Μέσα σε πέντε λεπτά εκανα κράτηση και ακύρωση και μου κράτησαν όλο το ποσό. Πήρα 5 φορές τηλέφωνο και ζήτησα την υπεύθυνη. Ακόμα περιμένω... Αν νομίζετε οτι αυτή είναι σωστή αντιμετώπιση , επιλέξτε το

Vergogna ad Alpitour che propone questa struttura a 4 stelle, non ne vale neanche 2. Il personale è inadeguato, la stanza di cortesia dove potere fare una doccia e cambiarsi in caso di check-out ritardato da problemi di orario volo è maleodorante è sporco da rendere impossibile anche fare la doccia, il personale addetto al buffet si presenta con abbigliamento inadeguato e sporco.

Acquistato pacchetto con Eden per una settimana 1/2 pensione per Hotel 4 stelle che di Hotel non ha nulla. Studios/ Appartamenti a gestione familiare, nessuna pulizia stanza fatta, no cambio biancheria climatizzatore rotto e nonostante le molteplici segnalazioni se ne fregano. Esperienza ai limiti del surreale con personale completamente disinteressato! Già avviata procedura per il rimborso con Eden! Fra il tour operator e la struttura non so chi sia più truffaldino. Statene alla larga!

Premessa: abbiamo prenotato tramite Alpitour e da catalogo risultava un 4 stelle ma dubito che lo sia. Tutto sommato però l'hotel non è così pessimo, hanno iniziato ad attrezzare la spiaggia e il buffet mi sembra abbastanza considerando il numero di persone che può ospitare tutta la struttura. La spiaggia è attaccata all'hotel, si deve solo attraversare la strada (con poco traffico) per raggiungerla. Le pecche sono che la reception fa 8-22 come orari e che la pulizia e cambio biancheria sono ogni 2 giorni, entrambi i servizi, se l'hotel fosse da 4 stelle dovrebbe essere offerti diversamente. La posizione dell'hotel è comunque abbastanza isolata e tranquilla.
