On arrival we were met by the night receptionist with a smile and a very helpful attitude. We were promptly shown to our room, so quickly loaded our cases into the room and headed to the pool bar for a night cap. The next day we opened the shutters of our balcony to be met with a beautiful sea view we were very happy. Next stop breakfast with lots of choices and all cooked freshly, the standard of the food is very good, that’s for lunch and dinner too. The location is perfect just on the edge of Platanias so nice and quiet but only a short walk to bars and restaurants we were spoilt for choice. There is a Lidl just over the road very handy if you need a few bits we used it regularly. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, we took a bus to Chania old port for 2 euro 20 each bargain for a twenty minute journey. The staff are all very friendly and always happy to assist. In summary a perfect place for a relaxing holiday and we will be sure to return.

Absolutely stunning hotel we are here now it's beautiful, rooms are lovely, staff are great can not fault the place we've got another 10 days to go yet, wud definitely recommend thus hotel everything is perfect

We arrive in the early afternoon, Natalia welcomes us in the best way, but the room does not have any sea view, even though it was there in the reservation, but the room was quickly changed, and this time it was fine. Very clean room, everything perfect.. .the only exception is a very, very small television. Outside everything is very good, excellent swimming pool, bar with very friendly staff, very comfortable sunbeds without extra charge. The restaurant is a buffet, various evenings, Greek, Italian, very fast service, quality 'somewhat anonymous food. A particular mention for the waiter, Mr. Michalis, always ready in every way. Definitely a satisfactory hotel.

We spent a week at Geroniotis, and had a really good time. The hotel is big, but since it’s a lot of small houses, it still has a cozy feeling to it while still being an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel is located at the beach, so you have access to both the pool and the ocean. The pool bar plays music at a comfortable level, and although we did not have all-inclusive, we still though the prizes were fair (e.g €4.80 for a big Mythos). The portions are huge, so except for the first day (rookie mistake) we always shared lunches. It is a bit of a war scene trying to get a pool chair, and everyone puts a towel down at around 8-9 o’clock even though the pool doesn’t open until 10. There were usually chairs available on the beach though. The breakfast was really nice, with a lot of options even if you’re intolerant or vegan. The hotel is located at the end of the tourist street so there’s a lot of options for restaurants in the evening.

Run away ! The food is not up to par. Dishes from the day before reserved the next day. Bed and room dates from the 70s. Entertainment totally non-existent. Reception and service raise the level a little, but if you don't speak English you are alone in the world. I strongly advise against it.

Nice hotell. Friendly staff, beautiful location and good service. Very good service and a happy lady in the minimarked of the hotel. A short trip from platanias centrum and stores. If im comming back to creete i would love to stay here one more time.

Beautiful and cozy hotel right at the beach. The Food in "all inclusive" is great. But i can rally revcommend the Ouzaki night with 15 courses at only 9 euro, wich is a bargain. Great service and friendly Staff.

Perfect, excellent. Family hotel where you feel at home, pampered by warm and attentive staff, in a magnificent location: swimming pool, beach, tamarisk trees..... Top-notch infrastructure down to the smallest detail (fresh rose in the room) Succulent restaurant and varied. Ideal location for visiting.
