Very warm welcome, very clean hotel, staff who listen to you and provide you with information. Contrary to many things that I have read, the buffet meals were very good for us, wine, beer, coke etc. at will at the table. the buffet has new items every day and with the classics added every day (dough, fries...) spacious room. Pool bar with drinks and small snacks, in the evening you can enjoy the bar at the top of the hotel. I highly recommend

We spent a wonderful week with our 2.5 year old son in this hotel. We chose a junior suite with a private pool, which was perfect for being able to enjoy the outdoors during naps. The room was spacious and well equipped, clean and cleaned daily by the staff. The terrace was also spacious; the swimming pool exposed to the sun from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (2nd half of September). The hotel is far from being full at this time which allowed us to be relaxed and make the most of the swimming pools and activities (plenty of free deckchairs at any time of the day). The dishes offered at the buffet were delicious and the staff took great care in serving us the drinks. Everyone was lovely with our young son. Contrary to other opinions previously read, the car is not essential to get around; you just need to walk 10-15 minutes and you will find a wide choice of typical restaurants and shops (special mention to the Small Paradise restaurant which is excellent). The sea is a few minutes' walk from the hotel and deckchairs are available to sit there. In short, we recommend this establishment and will return if the opportunity arises! Our son came home with stars in his eyes and asks us every day to go back on vacation!

Great hotel and service, the food is good and there is variety every day, the rooftop and the pool bar are great, nice friendly service and the location is great. Relax and take the bus to the center at your doorstep for €2 per person and it will be returned to your doorstep in the evening.

Where do I start??? from the amazing rooms.. from the cleanliness that exists in all areas.. from the perfect food... from the welcoming staff full of willingness to serve... An exceptional hotel This hotel is run by a manager who is above all human before being a businessman. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly hostess. Our plane was an hour late departing from Orly. So we arrived late at the hotel. The manager and manager welcomed us without the slightest problem. They showed us the restaurant right away so we could have dinner before doing our paperwork to arrive. When we returned to reception, the Manager ordered a small car to take us to our rooms. During this stay, the manager, Manager and all the staff were wonderful. Always smiling. He made a lot of effort to try to understand us. Every day, all the staff were very attentive, not to us, but to all the tourists who stayed in their hotel. We were lucky to celebrate my in-laws' birthday as soon as the manager found out of this event. He came directly to us and told us to go to the restaurant tomorrow and we will take care of everything. I had a birthday cake accompanied by a very good quality Mouss and the manager was present Throughout the week, we were lacking for nothing, everything was at will, even their kindness and their know-how It is a hotel that I expressly recommend with my eyes closed, and now I am looking forward to my next vacation in Crete because I will return with great pleasure to this hotel. Poor food and poor choice! Slow and disorganized service!! Non-existent activities Endless wait for a drink at the pool bar!! Ridiculous pool snack The all in is far from being one I don't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy!!! It barely deserves 2 stars!
