I very rarely feel inclined to leave reviews but I felt like I had to with this hotel! We are currently on our last day of a 7 day holiday and I honestly can not say a bad word about this place. The hotel is beautiful in every aspect and every single member of staff is so welcoming and happy and they can not do enough for you! I celebrated my 30th birthday here and they even had a cake and candles waiting in our room for me. The spa is out of this world and the trea**ents are amazing, I would highly recommend the massages and facials! The location is perfect and there are so many bars and restaurants right on your doorstep with Chania centre only about 20 mins away in a taxi. We never go back to the same place twice as there is so much of the world to see but we 100% will be returning here in the future! Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for making our holiday and my birthday so perfect!

Zelden zulke vriendelijke mensen on**oet; zowel in het hotel als er buiten! We hadden een imperial room, en dan heb je een terras met een waterpartij ervoor; heerlijk! Wij zaten in het gedeelte aan de strandkant (het hotel is in twee delen opgezet met een loopbrug over de weg). Het is namelijk heerlijk aan de rand ban het strand te ontbijten. Ik zou ook adviseren niet voor all inclusive te gaan; het hotel grenst aan een gezellige straat met ontelbare restaurants en bars waar je voor weinig geld heerlijk kunt eten (en natuurlijk met een glaasje Raki achteraf!) Het privé strand is heerlijk, maar wel een kiezelstrand. Dus koop ter plekke (of neem mee) waterschoenen. Anders is het niet te doen om over het strand te lopen. Nog een groot voordeel; “handdoekje leggen” om daarmee je plaats te reserveren is niet toegestaan, en gebeurde toen wij er waren ook niet. Het ontbijt is top bij het hotel; er is geen nee te koop en tot het laatste moment (je kan tot 10:30 uur ontbijten) wordt er volop bijgevuld.

Geweldig hotel aan het strand met binnen en buiten zwembad. Je kan zien dat hier mensen met passie en perfectie werken. Alles is keurig schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Enige persoonlijke minpuntje vond ik dat het binnen en buitenzwembad net zo warm zijn en de jacuzzi ook niet echt heet. Maar dit is misschien minder erg als het buiten bloed heet is. Wij hadden ook wat minder weer waarbij een warm bad dan lekkerder is.

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff are first class and all work very hard. Our pool view room (215) was very clean with maid service daily. We will certainly return, the sooner the better.

Unfortunately as nice as this hotel is, it has a major flaw... Cold pools! I love swimming but couldn't swim at all during my 10 day visit. Even the pool in the spa is cold and the only jacuzzi set very low temperature. Apart from that the hotel across the road from the beach which is stoney. Crete is beautiful and food in surrounding restaurants is great but if you like swimming or have kids, go to other hotels. There are sound nice 4 stars on the beach side of the road.

Πηγαίνουμε κάθε χρόνο για Πάσχα στο Minoan για οικογενειακές διακοπές! Περνάμε υπέροχα το Αναστάσιμο δείπνο όπως και το πασχαλινό είναι υπέροχο το σέρβις αλλά κύριος η μπάντα που μας ψυχαγωγίσε ήταν μοναδική !!! Το σχήμα από την Make music memories μας δημιούργησε την τέλεια εορταστική ατμόσφαιρα!!
