Just home after a two week stay at this fabulous hotel. From check in to check out, our two weeks was such a very pleasant experience. The room we had with an upper Sun terrace was magnificent. Spotlessly cleaned every day. The Housekeeping staff really are at the top of their game. The Food and beverage staff were also very very good. Antonio and his team. Alberto. Monika, Massimo and Mauro. Apologies if the spelling is wrong. Mauro is a big Napoli supporter. There were other staff who looked after us as well, but didn’t catch their names. Reception were exceptional. Irene when we checked in, explained everything in detail and we were made to feel very welcome. Also Paula could not do enough for us. We didn’t really have any concerns, but again the attentiveness was 2nd to none. We had one slight misunderstanding on our last day, however Maurice was very understanding and sorted everything out. I forgot to mention the food at breakfast. Excellent is the only word I could use. All the hot food cooked fresh and brought to your table. A special mention to Roy. The Soccorista by the pool. A friendlier person you won’t meet anywhere. All in all a great experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Es hat alles gepasst, Service, Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort, Freundlichkeit des Personals. Nur der Preis mit 432€ pro Nacht für Übernachtung Frühstück ist schon sehr grenzwertig hoch.

A Rosa que con su clase hace que todo funcione perfectamente, a Mauricio, Natxo junto a su equipo al frente de la cocina, todo delicioso,a los camareros y camareras del comedor mil gracias por vuestra amabilidad,a Roy al cuidado de todos en la piscina,a las camareras de piso siempre la habitacion impecable, a las chicas de recepción gracias por vuestra paciencia, a Emir y Estefano que estaban de vacaciones, para Valentina que ya no trabaja aquí pero se la hecha de menos,por eso y por un millón de cosas más hace que el hotel Sir Anthony sea el mejor de Tenerife. Seguiremos repitiendo.

Following our stay at the Sir Anthony we found that from the check in until we checked out this hotel and it’s staff offered us a great experience and a relaxing holiday that we both needed. The room was spacious and offered direct access to the pool area (Ground Floor Superior Double room). We were really happy with are choice and to make it even better during our stay it was my wife’s birthday and we came back to the room to find a cake, balloons and a bottle of fizz which was a lovely surprise. The cake was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a nice location but with a peaceful pool area and great staff.

It says it all when you return from your holiday and you are thinking of booking again! The hotel is in a perfection location, beach to the front, shops to the back. Chic and relaxing decor both in the restaurant and in the beautiful rooms. Clean with everything that you need in a TRULY five star hotel! The outstanding feature, however, was the staff, most genuinely pleasant caring staff I have experienced in a hotel. We were full board and the food was excellent breakfast was delicious, and lunch had a different menu to dinner which was clever, with different specials menus in between. Thanks guys!

First time staying here and it was truly First class.Staff so friendly ,nothing too much trouble and received a warm welcome from everyone. The breakfast is outstanding and I can't wait to come back next year.Thanks for a wonderful time. The room was lovely ,spotlessly clean and nice to have a chocolate on the pillow in the evening.
