The property is nice and clean . Staff was great and helpful. Long walking to city center . No air conditioning but weather about 65 . My room was quite hot because of location but they send in a good fan .

Reservamos una habitación en este hotel y pagamos por adelantado con tres meses de antelación, pues bien, el día del check in nos dicen que no disponen de habitaciones y que nos tienen que derivar a otro hotel, haciendo caso omiso de nuestras quejas, nos vimos obligados a aceptar su ofrecimiento, pero no registramos por escrito nuestra disconformidad, gran error el nuestro, dado que si no lo haces en el momento no asumen reponsabilidades, y las hubo, puesto que en el hotel alternativo nos asignaron una habitación minúscula en la que nos fue imposible descansar porque en mitad de la noche saltaron por error las alarmas contra incendios y tuvimos que estar en la calle y, ni nos pidieron disculpas, ni siquiera nos ofrecieron retrasar el check out. En resumen, una estancia nefasta por no haber dispuesto de la habitación que habíamos pagado con tres meses de antelación al hotel AC Ciutat de Palma.

El Hotel es muy bueno para negocios, pero evita la habitación que da a la parte de la entrada, especialmente en el piso 1, ya que puede haber mucho ruido. Por lo demás excelente hotel, todo ok, perfecto desayuno aunque costoso, y muy buena zona de lounge. Suele haber taxis en la puerta, al aeropuerto unos 20 euros. Personal amable. Lo recomiendo y repetiria.

They must go to a customer service course or both are not satisfied with their work. Both negative, little interest in the guest when requesting a taxi, a map or simply asking a question. Great location and lovely staff! Loved the location the hop on hop off bus stop right around the corner of the hotel There is a taxi stand right outside the door which happens to be to be a blessing especially when it rained Rooms were comfortable appreciated the USA outlet in the bathroom, the coffeemaker and the mineral water in the room. Even though the hotel is a bit away from the central part of Palma, I would still return here in a heartbeat Total bonus THE LAVENDER SEEDS probably the best momento I brought back from Mallorca

This is a great place if you go to Mallorca for business. Great rooms, very very friendly staff. They have bikes for rent that will get you around if you don't want to take a taxi for everything and it is very close to the marina if you are in for a nice stroll or early morning run.

The hotel is conveniently located: just a 3-minute walk from the harbor and about 5 minutes from the center of the iconic Catalina district with its many dining options. And about 10 minutes from the Jaume III. The hotel is tastefully and modernly furnished. Very nice, large rooms with good amenities. Well-kept and clean. Fair price. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended for a trip to Palamàs!

A 15-minute walk to the Palma cathedral. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Looks somewhat plain inside as for a 4-star hotel, both breakfast (18 EUR per person) as well as underground parking (28 EUR per night) overpriced. Hardly any perks for Bonvoy Platinum customers (a 10 EUR discount is rather a joke). Rooms comfortable yet do not match a 4-star venue standard.
