Hotel Marina Playa de Palma

Abbiamo trascorso, mia moglie ed io, la settimana di agosto 2024, dal 13 al 21/8,presso questo hotel a Palma di Maiorca in zona Plaja de Maiorca. Con mia moglie, da anni, facciamo due viaggi all'anno ma di hotel come questo ne abbiamo trovati meno che le dita di una meno. E' un quattro stelle e come tanti altri è sul mare, ha un terrazzo con piscina panoramica ed annesso bar, ha un'ulteriore piscina a livello terra e tanti altri requisiti comuni ad un 4 stelle ma l'ospitalità è eccezionale: a) nella hall è possibile trovare sempre a disposizione bottiglie di spumante in ghiaccio b) ad ogni piano c'è un dispensare di acqua fredda e ghiaccio c) ogni giorno di mattina o di pomeriggio, ed a volte anche per entrambe, i camerieri distribuiscono agli ospiti a bordo piscina bevande( birre, spritz ecc.) o gelati o snack d) la sera la cena è a buffet senza alcuna limitazione ed ogni sera ,oltre il menù internazionale, viene proposta una cucina etnica diversa: marocchina, giapponese, tunisina ,spagnola. Italiana, di mare e araba. Eccezionale.

It is a 4 * hotel at the height of the Iberostar, everything very good, very varied buffet, very correct room, good cleaning, common facilities, the pool is huge. To highlight above all the friendliness of all the staff, from the cleaners, waiters, reception, etc. Between the pool and the beach, there is a large ***** of pine forests and grass with incredible shadows. And then there is the white sand of the beach with very transparent and very flat water, which makes it ideal for children. There is day and night entertainment every day. In 5 minutes walking is the lagoon with water channels. Apart from this not having a car, what we could see there is nothing more remarkable in the area. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and a bus stop, with which we were able to go very easily to Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa. I would recommend the hotel but only for families, because the number of children, especially at mealtimes, was a bit overwhelming. I don't want to imagine what it will be like in August. Something very important is that there is a jug of water in the room, and on each floor there are cold water fountains so that you fill the jug and have water whenever you want, also in the bars they serve the water in glass bottles, so you don't so much plastic is used, in this sense it is a hotel that does good things for THE PLANET👏👏👏

Hygiene could be much better. Everything has to go fast. They are also very sparing with bath towels. Also with beach towels, this service is very bad in this hotel. Staff is also very unfriendly! Everything is too much for these people. I therefore do not recommend this hotel at all. Very big disappointment.
