LA MUJER QUE ATIENDE RECEPCION ES DE MUY MALA CARA, LE PIDES ALGO O LE PREGUNTAS CUALQUIER COSA Y TE CONTESTA CON MOLESTIA, Y LO PEOR ES QUE ESTA TODO EL DIA ATENDIENDO DANDO MUY MAL SERVICIO, DESPUES NOS PERCATAMOS QUE A LOS HUESPEDES VARONES SI LES SONRIE. This was a nice hotel as for walking to the beach and attractions in the area like 5th ave. The one thing I didn’t like is that the room really needed black out or thicker curtains as my room shared windows with the hallway and the opaque curtains did nothing to shield the hallway lights from beaming into my eyes at night. Overall the place was clean, and I would stay there again.

From the moment we checked in this place was terrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The room advertised fridge in room which is the main reason we got this room and there wasnt one. When we went downstairs to ask she said it was an error with ******* not them. Also the door lock to our room was broken and the soap dispenser didnt work. Book elsewhere

Air conditioning not working but they fixed it. Now it's cold but very weak fan. The mattress is soo hard. Wifi is not very efficient. And even if you are far from the 5 avenue, music comes from the neighborhood so it's very noisy.

Close to Main Street but quiet. A bit expensive for what they offer.
Will need and upgrade on bed sheets and towels as they are old, and not so clean.
This is one of the very few hotels that offers hot water.
